Service at its best.

Service at its best.. I’m very very impressed and will be recommending to friends and family to their services. My phone was in another shop for over a week and at the end they said they couldn’t repair it, came in to phone giant and they repaired while I waited. Thank you for the great service at everyone at phone giant. Any phone related issues, this is definitely the place to be.

I have not only recently used Phone…

I have not only recently used Phone Giant, but on many occasions before. I think their after sales is excellent, also general customer service and standards of work are truly unbelievable.

I would recommend them at any point and have never had any kind of issue with them.

Absolutely great customer service

Absolutely great customer service. Been using phone Gaint for many years and they have always helped give me the best product and always been there when I needed them. Defiantly decommended!!

Did everything they said they would

Did everything they said they would. Friendly service. Professional and competitively priced. They went the extra mile when I needed and asked for additional items! Top job and my phone feels better than it was new!! I work for a super brand in Mercedes-Benz and they meet all core values we breed and deliver on a daily basis!

I have had 2 iPhone screens replaced…

I have had 2 iPhone screens replaced here. 1 iPhone 6 and 1 iphone 6plus. Can not fault this shop. Excellent service and very good price. Would highly recommend.
