Cold calls all the time, ignores GDPR LAW and coninutes to ring even though I ask to be removed from call list. Shares details with other services to call me.

This company is clearly breaking laws here - and they keep getting away with it... I hate to think of all the money they extort out of people

Non stop cold calling, as listed in plenty of these other reviews, they obviously have a policy of training according to the following principles:
Don’t listen to you when you say not interested
Talk over you
Get angry at you
Call you every single day
Do not remove anyone from their database despite many GDPR WARNINGS
Hang up on you when you ask for a manager
Never ever apologise
Don’t forget... Call again tomorrow!

Refused to take my number off their database despite it being listed with the Telephone Preference Service. Suggested I was ‘bluffing’ when I told them about the TPS. Repeated phone calls over two week period. Horrendous.

Keep calling me. I keep telling them I have a phone that works fine and I don’t want an upgrade. Doesn’t stop them. I just hang up when they call now. When I need a new phone I can promise that I will not be buying from this awful company.

Tell you what. If this isn't a scam, then they do a really good impression of one. Untraceable UK numbers, Pakistani Call Centres who don't have command of English language. Telling me to stop talking and listen to their offers or they won't call back! Well good. I won't shut up then!

Constant badgering of phone calls, please do not contact me again, also blocked one of phone houses sales numbers and they are now using a different number to get in touch, getting to a point of harassment.

Unsolicited phone calls and respond aggressively when you ask where they have got your data from

I was approached by the above mentioned company the sent me two wrong phones and different providers. They never sent me the correct phone. I contacted my bank they confirmed this company where in the process of setting up three different standing orders two for Telefonica and one for three. I have cancelled. They are not based where they state their based. A COMPLETE FRAUD.

They ring you to offer you spam. They obtained my number without my consent likely by purchasing numbers from a third party.

This worst service ive ever had buying anything. 5 or 6 emails delaying order, different delivery dates, lies after lie. Absolute farce. Avoid at all costs.

Applied and the order got cancelled, had an email to say failed on security check but passed on credit check. Placed another order because I thought I might of emerge red some details wrong, called when the second order was pending, spoke to a very rude female agent, who said straight away in part of the security check is a credit check, I said I’ve got no credit issues etc explained I have credit cards all £0 but do get used to build my credit and that I have a decent score, also said about my email, she was very sarcastic and her response was ‘Aw have you yeah, well you failed on this security check and we might as well cancel the other order..... I responded definitely do that as I only came to you through USwitch deals and could go elsewhere, where to put it in honest words they haven’t got b****es with huge egos as customer service agents! Such a rude human being and in customer service 😭 joke!

Tbf called a few days after speaking to that witch as payments are still pending for a phone case and charging pad I added on, bloke I spoke to was a really nice down to earth lad, said it has been aborted gave me a reference to contact the bank. Efficient positive service. Shame about that girl with a stinking attitude though!

Will never try to use you again and will advise others not to bother as well. Can only imagine if something went wrong and I got through to little Miss Perfect talking down to me. Would be compliant, deadlock, FCA straight away, company under investigation. Agents like her goi by to end up he tying you in trouble. Shocking your on USwitch with these reviews!!!! You really are better off going into a carphone warehouse or network provider store. I ordered my phone, to get sent out to me for next day delivery As the night before I had completely smashed my screen. They ended up sending me someone else’s delivery and then told me I had to pay £9 to send the phone back and couldn’t receive the phone I paid for until they received the phone back Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Save your time & go into store to avoid disappointment

I got a contract Instead with virgin 02 and carphone warehouse give my details to all these companies loads of phones and contracts sent to my house! Got me to send the 1st phone back to a warehouse till I realised this was a scam total takers no iPhone ever existed DO NOT USE THIS SITE
