Got past around to 4 different people got called a son of a b**** wasted 17 minutes off there time. Scamming wasters from phonehouse. Not even decent scammers told them

If any of you get this phone call and bought a phone from affordablemobile in the past I’m sure that’s how they got your number

They are getting phone numbers from some source and randomly calling people. They don't know anything about GDPR.

Indeed a scam. "Bought" a phone from PhoneHouse and will never saw either those 200$ or the phone again. At first, when I tried to contact them all I got were bad excuses as to why I couldn't get my money back but later they just didn't bother to respond at all.

Just got a call from a man SE Asian accent.

I asked him politely who he was and he told me to "f£ck off"

Its very frustrating and sad that you are a victim and yet you have to face this situation. We have been scammed by this company and now we are facing a fraud case against us. I just hope to get it out of this 🥺🥺🥺🥺

Fraud. Company claimed to be affiliated with three, but has no relationship with them.

100% scammers...rang me and was walking around outside i could hear traffic and wind in the background which was the first red flag then proceeded to tell me that it didn't matter what contract i had they could upgrade me from s21 ultra £58 a month to an s22 for £40 and a free laptop...yer right! He recons they work for all the major company's and have special deals to take over any contract or set up new ones on there behalf🤣 i told him 2 mins while I check your details...low and behold came up as a scammer and when I told him this he swore blind he wasn't a scammer and then put the phone down...I could hear someone else shouting in another language at him and a dog barking before the call was terminated. How people fall for this is beyond me. They have a foreign language but don't know where from and the number is 02034274771 AVOID!!!!

I did application online and they took full bank card details which I found strange and messaged me that they will update me when they have posted my phone but for some strange reason they said my credit check passed but for their security they are unable to give me a phone and they cancelled it the next day. This company did seem dodgy!

Did an online application for a phone they said I failed the credit check and they then proceeded to steal £2.50 from my account without my consent pretty sure that's theft avoid it's not a real website just a scam to steal you details and a few quid

Just hung up when I said I would probably fail the credit check,bit of a language barrier, NEVER GIVE YOUR BANK DETAILS TO A COLD CALLER EVER EVER EVER

They call me every day. I've asked to use my legal right to erasure of my personal data from their system, and they just hang up and call again the next day.

Continually get calls from this company, always a heavy foreign accent, doesn't matter how many times you say not interested and block the number, guaranteed next week or couple of weeks later you'll be called again from another number, if been polite to them and absolutely rude, nothing works

If you ever come across this company make sure you don’t post back any mobile . This company will deliberately send you wrong mobile and will tell you to post the mobile back so they will send you the original mobile you placed the order. You will never receive any mobile from them . They have done the same thing 8 years ago but this time I have laugh the last laugh.
The company even threatened me that I have no idea what they going to do. First they will apologise for sending you wrong mobile and will tell you that they going to compensate you with 2 months line rental free or give you a laptop 💻. I have recorded all conversations and I am going to post them in you tube .
This company should be dragged to court and every one of them is a fraudster. This number is 020 8638 6222

Holy crap, wish I had of read the reviews first! Yep the biggest scam ever!

Tried calling me and when I very politely said I've just started a new phone contract the woman hung up on me straight away, extremely rude and like everyone else on here I'm suspecting this is a scam organisation as legitimate companies don't behave like this 😳

Cold-calling and tried to scam me. I've blocked their number, but they called me from another the following day.
