"Like Shooting from another dimension"
Recently I bought the Photomast 8meter with the Camranger and Ram mount.
I`m a photographer who works a lot in real estate and architecture and I was looking for a way to shoot from a birds perspective. There are many option to do this for example a drone or a big heavy tripod.
All great but it would take a large amount of time to set it up, I needed something else. So I met the owner and builder of Photomast and had a talk with him, clearly he knew what he was talking about and his product looked amazing and easy to use. So long story short I bought it.
My first assignments with the Photomast were scary at first but soon after I already developed a thrust in the Photomast and it was all easy mode and even fun! Because the builder is a photographer too he knew what other need and expect and it does everything I whish. The materials used are class A, very light and fast to set up.
One day I forgot my camranger ( the device that connects the camera with your phone or tablet ) and I had a little problem cause I was to far from home to pick it up. How to press the shutter now...So what did I do..I put my camera on 10 second timer, press the shutter and quickly extend the Photomast to about 7 meters, with 2 seconds left, CLICK. Amazing shot! Not ideal but it just tells you how fast you can use this. After 20 shots my arms were tired but the job was done and the clients were stunned about the results. And now all my clients want pictures this way, so it definitely generates more work.

Quick and handy
What a great product the Photomast is! I have the 8m mast in use and I am very satisfied with it. At first I was hesitant about the safeness of my camera and my own abilty to use the mast. It turns out the mast is so easy to use. Light weighted, practical, solid, I can take pictures within a few minutes and be gone in a few more! The service I received is also very good: John took the time to explain the working of the mast and learned me how to deal with the mast in the most handy way.
