Phs are always amazing for Barnardos and scheduling them in is super easy and straightforward. We usually have Gary C at our Rhyl Branch who is always super friendly, bubbly, polite and efficient when completing our large amount of electrics.

Requesting a quote for our Fire Extinguisher Service was extremely quick and efficient. Jayne S was very courteous on emails and had the quote sent out immediately. PHS Group recently carried out our annual PAT testing, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.

The customer service provided by Bethany Lambert was exceptional. Very responsive, efficient, and highly organised, ensuring everything was arranged quickly and without any issues. Communication throughout was clear and reliable, making the process smooth and stress-free.

A special thank you also to Darren, the engineer who attended our site. Very professional, Darren carried out the testing thoroughly while maintaining minimal disruption to our office. He was approachable, courteous, and took the time to explain any findings clearly, which was greatly appreciated.
