Its a waste of money and very bad experience

Its a waste of money. pathetic service and frustrating experience. i raised a claim for a scratch that i got on the bonnet. its a tesla car with standard factory painted pearl white colour. the claim was declined showing a small exclusion list and calling it a non standard colour. pearl white is tesla's most popular and standard colour but it is not covered is a big joke. their website is even more frustrating, cant dont anything with it except for claim or cancellation. if you are a tesla owner, please stay away from these people if you dont want to waste your money...
