I’ve had a dreadful experience with…
I’ve had a dreadful experience with this law firm, particularly in their conveyancing department. The lawyer, Jack, obfuscated the fees and overcharged both me and my 80-year-old mother for a simple conveyancing transaction - a lease extension. To make matters worse, I reached out to the senior partner with a formal complaint, but I am yet to receive a response to my issues. This firm’s lack of professionalism and respect for clients is appalling.
