Let down
The advent calendar was ordered in good time however we received someone's wedding album instead. Informed Pixum via email as there is no other way to contact them. Two days later they replied and and said there is nothing they could do about the advent calendar as all stocks had gone and please could I send back the album....oh, and here is £5 off your next purchase.
I will not be using the £5 as I don't have any confidence in this company anymore.

Disappointed Gift
Not a picture may I say first ,
I ordered an advent Calendar chose the picture etc .
Paid it was happy enough with response and customer service on doing so ,
Only to find when it arrived it was wrong one another family, I contacted them response was great I thought telling me how sorry they were and they sort it now the 6th of December still no replacement .
But an email asking me to return the wrong one never sent a label for post so it’s me going t be out of pocket
for something no one can use .
Very dissatisfied customer.
If my replacement does arrive..... I will then return there mistake but it won’t be 1st class post ....m
