I ordered the retro advent calendar with photos on Pixum, I spent hours creating the calendar and then... the text was cut off the cards. While I was creating the calendar, I couldn't see that the text was cut off. I have contacted customer service. As I care about the environment, I thought that instead of a new print I would ask for a refund and try to fix the problem with the text myself. Unfortunately they cannot offer a refund because it was delivered as ordered. But I could design a new calendar, for free. Are you serious? Would you rather print again instead of giving a 10 or 15% refund? So in the end I have 2 calendars at home that are not as ordered.

Really great customer service and product!

I ordered two canvas wrap around prints of my of cats and they are both really lovely. The quality of the canvas prints is exceptionally good and make my photos look very professional! Very pleased😊

I needed some passport size photos. Didn't want to go to a photo booth or an expensive photographer. I got perfect photos with Pixum. Definately recommend Pixum

No you are not! You refused to make a copy of the design i ordered

I never received my order. If you have info that tells you I have then it is wrong.
Not happy and money already paid.

I tried them all but Pixum is the outstanding company for prints. Used them for years now and have never been disappointed with any aspect of their service.

Very conform to description. Nice album with good pics. Only delivery time was longer. Price is also slightly higher comparatively to some other plate-forms with similar buness. But I am generally satisfied.

the first covers i receive for my phone was relly nice then i deceide to order a other one. i did not like it as it as some wrinkles all overt the picture. first they say you can choose to make a other covers. They told me all i need to do is buy a other covert (valid for the same picture). but when they understand my complain was about wrinkles crossing the pictures they told me its the look of the material. but why there is no wrinkles on my first covers. they told me you can choose a different covers or have refund witch was all ready offered. no i ask them can you make a proper one. then they stop the production for a new covers so i ask for a refund and they stop email me. shame because they website is really good. i suggest to buy a covert for you phone and then go to a printer shop. order number 20024235 and 20035825

3 months and nothing yet. Ordered passport photos and haven't received anything. Dispatch confirmation email doesn't have tracking number or anything. Started a PayPal dispute

A mixed review as I purchased a 120cm x 70cm gallery print which is around £250. The first one arrived with a small flaw in it, the replacement was severely damaged due to transport. So, we had a refund. The overall customer service though was first class, and the refund came through very quickly.

Excellent printing again on gallery acrylic glass. So well packed and delivered safely.

Order a 70x50 Acrylic picture that turn up with rough cut edges and full of scratches. It's so poorly finished I'm not convinced they check their products before shipping.
Like others I have written to them twice to and not had a response.
The worst Gbp100 I've ever spent and certainly not what I'd expect from a German based company 😖

2 days on and still no word from their customer service. I left with no option but to get in touch with my credit card company to see if they help me recoupe the £100.

I have now removed the protective film and very happy with the picture and hence the rating change. The Film is hard to see so apologies.

Happy with the photos. Due to Covid-19 the delivery took longer which is understandable. Will definitely use you again.

Outstanding service, been sending prints to my 93 year old Mother since lockdown and they arrive in days for a very reasonable price.

So glad I found Pixum. Everyone else either didn't do a case for my phone or would only put my choice of photo on the front of the case. Pixum however, covered all the bases. Communication was good, delivery was good & quality is good. Highly recommended checking these guys out
