Received my acrylic print yesterday and I am very disappointed in the overall finish of the product, there are multiple large scratches and Mark's all over the print, maybe a genuine mistake, sent an email to the company and still no reply.

... be careful. Pixum does not allow any cancellation or amendments (albeit they admit it's possible). So only use if you are absolutely certain that everything is correct (or better just use the competition)..

In case something goes wrong (e.g., an incomplete version of your project has been uploaded), our customer service is there to find a solution for you. Non existent customer service. Do not order multiple products from this company! I ordered and paid gbp163 for 4 canvases. they only delivered 1(which is a good quality product). I have emailed customer service 3 times with NO response! Hoping to get attention via this channel, otherwise will take further action.
YOU HAVE KINDLY REPLIED VIA EMAIL TO TELL ME THAT YOU WILL RESEND THE MISSING 3 CANVASES. HOWEVER, THERE IS NO UPDATE ON MY ACCOUNT AND NO DISPATCH NOTIFICATION. SEEMS NOTHING IS HAPPENING. YOUR 30%GOODWILL REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED. THANKS. WAITING FOR FEEDBACK !

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service, cant give you a straight answer, all I wanna know is where is my phone cover, I've waited ages now, they have sent me emails saying the original was lost so they sent me replacement, and then saying it's in production, and then it's been dispatched, on the 28th of dec, and keep changing the delivery dates! If I dont receive my phone case very soon I will be taken this furter, I demanding my money back, this was a xmas present for my mam! I am very upset about this.

Brilliant.
Pixum is so easy to use and has lots of options in regard to sizing, which not many other printing services offer. The quality of the prints are absolutely spot on. I am so pleased with everything. Also the turnaround was relatively quick, my items were delivered 3 days after I placed my order which was great. I will definitely be using them again.

Pixum have done an amazing photo book of my daughters wedding 10/10
I emailed them with questions while I was putting photos on the Pixum app and designing the book , they were very helpful.

Always use pixum
I have been using Pixum since 2009. I make books of holidays and events. Sometimes I use the assistant, sometimes I do my own thing. I have always been pleased with the results. I have tried other companies.. but never completed a book elsewhere. Take some time to understand the product and decide your outcome. Recommended.
