I bought a phone case for my son with his roller hockey team logo printed on it. After a couple of months the print started to become discoloured, I contacted the customer service department and they suggested that a different type of case would be better and I would only have to pay the difference. When I placed the order, customer services contacted me again and said that I could have the new item free of charge to make up for the inconvenience.

Excellent quality images and very easy to use, well designed, modern looking interface on the website which met my needs better than anything else out there. I tried a few others to start with but either the image quality was poor or the resize features were a pain to use, so would definitely recommend Pixum.

Great price, and very quick service, although I did ask for a matte finish and received glossy.

So far 2 stars - they sent a picture would would have been lovely but was damaged on the corner but don’t reply to email and have no phone number apparently

Poor quality, unfortunately. Dark and with too much contrast/overexposed. I've written a complaint and am waiting for Pixums reply.

Couldn't get a response to a question regarding a product after asking it twice so didn't bother with them. If you can't get good service from a company before they've got your money what chance have you got after!

I ordered 8 passport size photos to renew my daughters passport. 4 were the same image, then 2 sets of 2 photos for general use. All the photos which were uploaded for printing were taken at the same time and on a neutral background. The photos intended for passport use have been printed extremely darkly and are not suitable for the purpose they were intended, almost to the point the image is difficult to see. Firstly I have to question Pixum quality control, or lack of it. They sent the images knowing they were dark and poorly printed, yet elected to do nothing and still sent them out.
I emailed the company 10 days ago to express my concerns, request they look into the matter and response, I attached a photo showing all 8 images so the difference in shading could clearly be seen. Pixum have elected not to respond or acknowledge my email, so I raised this as a dispute with paypal.
In summary I would not recommend using this company. This is the first (and last) time I have used Pixum. Save yourself the hassle and go to a local photo booth or passport photo shop, at least you can see what your getting and know it's right. One of the rare occasions it's better to go out and buy something in person rather than order it online.
Please also be aware that the price advertised which at first appears good value does not include postage so I ended up paying £5.48 for something that is now in the bin!
Be warned and save yourself time and money.

I found their service to be very slow. I needed some passport photos urgently so I ordered them online and paid accordingly. It took 3 days for them to despatch them and when I chased I was told it could take up to 9 working days to arrive - that's nearly 2 weeks. They wouldn't let me cancel the order either. I still haven't receved them. I went to my local Snappy Snaps, picked them up and was back home with my photos in under an hour. With these guys, it's quicker to go to a local shop.

I ordered a passport photo print from Pixum. They charged me £2.99 for delivery and sent it regular post which took 10 day’s to arrive.
I contacted Pixum to explain that a 10 day wait had led to me having to buy another passport photo locally and their only response was that I could post them back at my own expense and then they would refund the cost of the photo.
What I find most annoying is that they charged £2.99 postage which was excessive for a passport photo size envelope to be delivered by Royal Mail standard class delivery.

Great service.
Quick, easy and posted out to me in a few days.
Used the passport photos option for all 4 children.
Perfect quality and with 8 photos could fit all children on one page.
Much easier than photo booths etc and passed first time by the passport office.

I have used Pixum on several occasions and received high quality prints and a choice of papers with excellent colour rendition. They also delivered faster than their estimate . Top Job !

I had an enquiry regarding delivery, had a very prompt and helpful reply. The product I ordered arrived on time and I am very pleased with the quality. Will definitely use Pixum again.

I recently used this website to get a large poster printed before Christmas. I spoke with Morten who was absolutely outstanding going above and beyond and each stage. We spoke on Facebook Messenger and I was assured that the item (that was ordered mid-afternoon on 18th December 2017) would be with me before Christmas day.

Morten could not have been more helpful, knowing how important this gift was. I was constantly updated on messenger and had any questions or queries answered within a few minutes.

On the 20th December Morten told me the print was complete and that it would be leaving North Germany on one of their trucks that evening. A tracking number was given to me (by Morten) and to my surprise, the item was at my front door in the early afternoon of the 21st December.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from Morten, thank you very much.

If I could find out how to use the "software" it would be a different rating...they don't respond to emails
