Booked a few cruises with planet cruise and unfortunately they were cancelled due to covid . Have booked another and hoping we will get to go . Found all the people I dealt with very obliging and helpful . Got excellent customer service from Paul, a pleasant person to deal with and always came back with answers to any questions I had .He was very informative and helpful. Very good at his job 👍

Ye are looking for payment in full for a cruise that I am 99% sure will not go ahead . Ye have our €600 deposit for over a year now .
We are under a travel ban and wd run the risk of getting a fine if we tried to travel this summer .

Great got my refund it took time better late than never great customer service

Despite the current pandemic, our options after our cruise was cancelled was made clear by email. We also got direct phonecalls. Amanda in particular was extremely helpful in finding a suitable alternative later this year. I sincerely hope we can go then but I believe theres an option to change to next year. However I hope that isnt necessary as we might have to cancel altogether. Wait and see 🤔

the only one going on this cruise, good humoured, very
helpful, and very knowledgeable, we found nothing was
