My original 2020 cruise was cancelled…
My original 2020 cruise was cancelled due to Covid-19 but the agents at Planet Cruise helped me get everything sorted out and they rebooked me for 2021. This was done very quickly and without fuss. Very helpful staff.

Med Cruise cancelled mid March for April 12th
Recieved a few standard emails
No response in about 2 weeks to any of my emails
Phoning them is a waste of time
But I'm sure if you want to book a cruise, you'll get through immediately or someone will ring you within the hour
I am expecting my refund on full which I am fully entitled to since mid March and I am getting nowhere
I will be following through with my solicitor the beginning of next week if I do not hear from them
I don't care when I get the refund within reason, but I want confirmation of it at the very least considering I was supposed to be on the said cruise since Sunday gone.
Very dissapointed with the customer service even taking into account things will be slower due to the pandemic but,no reply to numerous emails in 2 weeks just isn't good enough.

Your custom is very important to us and Customer Service is our main priority. I can see from the notes on your booking, that you have now spoken to you now to a member of our Customer Care Team.
I am afraid that we have no control over the cruise lines prices. More often than not, as a cruise starts to fill up, many of the tour operators prices will increase. So this is way we suggest booking early. However on occasions the cruise line may see fit to lower their price, or they may add a promotion or campaign to certain holiday dates. We are not given prior notice of this I am afraid.
When you confirm the booking with us, you are agreeing to the price of your holiday. We will always offer our customers the best possible price at the time that they are booking. I am afraid that there is nothing more that we can do with the cost of the holiday, should it go down.
I appreciate that this is very frustrating, and I am sorry we cannot assist you further on this matter.
