I have booked my next cruise holiday with Natacha. I can't praise her enough. She is an outstanding professional with a deep insight of the cruise industry and very well-prepared to answer any question from the half of the word.

Natacha in Planet cruise
I have been in contact Natacha in Planet Cruise and anything I would say would just not be good enough! Natacha was just brilliant anything that I asked her she done it for me and went out of her way to get me the best deal. She was just brilliant and I can not thank her enough for all her help. She went away above all expectations and anytime I am booking another cruise I will have not hesitation in contacting her. and recommending her to my family and friends.

I booked with Natacha (from Wimbledon). It was a most pleasant experience. She did not rush us - was very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. As we are very regular cruisers we now intend to get a direct line for her and do all further booking with her.
