We found our Cruise assistant ( Denis Anderson) to be extremely helpful in every way. He went out of his way to help and guide us so as we could get most out of our cruise. He could not have been better.

Could do a lot lot better

Left on hold for 27 minutes after choosing option to speak to someone dealing with cruises already booked. Hung up and rang again and chose to speak to someone to book a cruise, with no wait time. Phone calls not returned, wrong info given. Unbelievable amount of stress caused by not getting a straight answer! I do believe Floating Festivals were partly to blame as they were not answering calls, or returning emails to me. Wrong dates, port, boarding time in set sail passes and no one to fix it. Soft drinks packages not added to two of the party’s booking onboard. Denise messed up, he confirmed they were included on booking. Sailing was moved from Dublin to Cobh. For apparent bad weather. There was none. Cost us over €300 and untold stress to travel to and stay in Cork. We could not leave our car there as we were booked oneway to Southampton and we live near Dublin port. Planet cruise, floating festivals nor Royal Caribbean offered even the slightest bit of compensation for the expense or stressed caused. It was our second booking with Planet Cruise and will have to think again about bookings.

After sales care.

Hello, I am very satisfied with the cruise I booked. But .. having spotted a mistake in my original details I have since had so many problems trying to speak with someone to help. I have emailed from 'The Portal' but no one replied. I have rang, on numerous occasions, kept on phone for up to 30 minutes .. again no reply. Very frustrating.

This is my first cruise, delighted with the guidance I got.

This is my first cruise. I was delighted with the help and guidance I was given by the sales rep (? Denis), even though I was spending relatively a small amount..

I asked him lots of questions, he seemed to give very honest answers. Looking forward to the cruise.

I hope I get him the next time I ring.
