Found PG on Google, visited their showroom to discuss requirements. The choice of products on offer was great and the assistance provided was also great.
From placing our order the process was smooth. Would highly recommend.

PG were recommended to me and they have been top class throughout. The choice of finishes in the workshop was outstanding and better than anything else I had seen by a country mile, and I had been looking for about 18 months. They were very helpful and efficient in the whole process, albeit we were blighted by Covid and then delays in delivery from Spain. The end result is absolutely beautiful and done to perfection, and the guys on-site were very polite and helpful and clean and tidy. Having had them recommended to me I would recommend them again every time.

When we visited Planet Granite, we were greeted by the owner who said if we wished to we could visit the factory to see more granite slabs there, he also said if they didn’t have a particular granite they could get it, we looked at the very clean and well stocked showroom then went to the factory where we met a very helpful man who took time to show us the granite slabs and explained how they shape them, he showed various examples of their work, nothing was too much trouble.
I then phoned as I had seen a particular type of granite I wanted, I spoke with Russ who assured me he could get it, which he did in fact he found two as I said I wanted a lot of red in😊 Then Vince came and did a template of my kitchen, and visited a second time to make sure the new sink would fit😊
There was a slight delay in the fitting, however this was due to staff wanting to improve the finish on the granite, the fitters were very professional and did a really good job.
I am thrilled with the result and so pleased I chose Planet Granite, nothing was too much trouble for them!

We were recommended this company by our builders for our worktops.

Initial contact made and Donna was more than helpful and efficient.

We then went along to the showroom and met Russ. We had an ideal of what we were looking for and a quick discussion and he came up with 3 options that met our requirements.

Within 10 minutes we made our decision and took a sample home to check with our kitchen unit samples.

Russ had great customer service on the follow up call and supplied an estimated price based on the basic measurements and we secured our order within days.

The templater and fitters were very polite and came on the correct days as arranged.

We were a little disappointed that we had to have a join on our worktops due to the configuration however, we need not have worried as the join is not very noticeable and has been done very well!

Would definitely recommend- in fact we have recommended them to our kitchen fitter for his own kitchen!

Absolutely great service from start to finish.

Danny was the first guy I met in store who was top notch, I found some more samples after my visit that I liked so popped back in and spoke to Steve who once again was lovely he asked me to drop an email to Russ who was now dealing with my query and he would get back to me. The next day I get a quite rude reply saying " you should pop into store to see it" bearing in mind I popped in the day before with a 2 year old and was told to email my questions. It seemed way to much hassle to get a real life picture / installation picture of a sample we liked. I chased multiple times and was told that firstly was waiting for supplier and then nothing... Even though Danny and Steve were great, russ was rude and didn't help at all. In the end I gave up and went and brought elsewhere. Little advice from someone who also works in sales... don't judge a book by its cover and god dam chase for the sale.

First class from quoting to fitting and completed on the agreed date. Considering the recent problems obtaining some building materials we were not let down by this company and I will be recommending them to my customers. John (Ace Builders)

We are really happy with our quartz worktop from Planet Granite.
I visited the showroom after being recommended to them by someone we knew who fitted kitchens. I had a certain quartz in mind & wanted a quote from them. Russ showed me several others while I was there & came up with one that was similar to the one I had In mind but better/nicer. Their prices were matched with the ones I had been given by other companies online.
We decided to go ahead & then it was handed to Vince to come & template it all. He booked us in as soon as he could & came as expected. He was very efficient & gave advice on certain things he thought would be better than what we had chosen. He said it should be fitted within 10 days.
I didn’t hear anything from them for over 10days so I called them myself & spoke to Donna who was really friendly & found out when they would be coming & kept me up to date with everything. I asked if it could be fitted a day earlier than the date the gave me as we were going away but they were unable to fit it in, so we went with the date they gave us. Then the day before it was due Donna called to say it was ready & could be fitted that day if I was available. That was amazing for us as she knew we were going away the next day.
The fitters came & they were really nice guys very friendly & efficient.
My husband came home & was really happy with the worktop. He works on new houses all the time & is a perfectionist almost to the point of OCD. He said it was one of the best finishes & fitting he had seen on a worktop.
So thanks Planet Granite we love it.

Without question, the service and quality of our Kitchen granite supplied by Planet Granite is exceptional. After visiting their showroom, we knew immediately that we wanted the same show stopping granite that is on display. We are delighted with our kitchen. It’s more than we could have wished for and imagined and the guys at Planet Granite knew exactly what we needed. Attention to detail, unique design and incredible workmanship. Honestly, we’ve never seen a kitchen more beautiful than ours and that’s thanks to Steve and his team. We highly recommend them.

We have had Granate supplied and fitted we did have a bit of a wait but the end result was worth waiting for the finish and eye for detail was fantastic very happy would recommend

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! Steve was very helpful and had some great suggestions on things we hadn't thought of , (he also has a very funny story about the jetpack in the office)
