Steve was professional, efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and we both enjoyed his company. Like all really creative people he is a little eccentric but bear with his eccentricity he comes up with some wonderful ideas.
We had the biggest island the company had ever fitted which was very professionally handled and fitted without incident.
We can’t fault his work, his attitude and his professionalism.
He will be back to do our bathrooms at some point in the future. A pleasure to work with.

Excellent from start to finish. Because we live in Warwick, we decided to drive to the showroom and see the products ourselves. Staff were friendly and welcoming, albeit very busy. We were shown the workshop which I thought was a lovely touch. We accepted what we thought was a fair price for the quote, as I'm a great believer in "you get what you pay for in life."

The fitting took a little longer than anticipated as there was an issue with our new Belfast sink( nothing to do with planet granite- sink supplied separately), but we were shown courtesy and patience whilst the issue was resolved.
I know for a fact other tradesmen would have rebooked until the kitchen was ready.
We're thrilled all in all with our new worktops, and this company comes recommended.

The work top was fitted on time as promised by Russ, last December. The joints were shoddy, couple of people came to repair it and made it worse. Repeated promises to visit were lies.They cant be bothered once they got the money. Steve knows how to stall the complaints till you give up and find someone to rectify their shoddy work. Stay way from them, there are plenty of companies in Warwickshire to do a better job.

After spending nearly £4000 with Planet Granite, we were left with no sink.

They have a lovely showroom where you can look at lots of sample worktops, sinks and taps. But if you’re looking for a granite worktop, I’d probably stop there.

We chose and ordered our worktops and the sales team were very attentive, they talked a lot about their partnership with sink and tap supplier 1810 and the 87 year guarantee on their sinks. So we decided to order a worktop, undermount sink and tap. We paid the 50% deposit up front and we were on our way.

The measuring service went very smooth, Vince was fast, friendly and professional. The tradesman we use happened to be here whilst Vince was measuring and they discussed what needed to be done for Planet Granite to install the worktops. They don’t touch plumbing, this was made clear. But we were informed that our sink and tap would be fitted, all our tradesman had to do was plumb it in.

Fast forward a couple of weeks. I was asked to make the balance payment, which I did and informed fitting would be three days later. Very short notice, but I spoke to our tradesman and he could make it work.

This is where it all went wrong, fitting was arranged for Thurs 11th. We had our old kitchen taken out the day before. So no kitchen. My partner and I were both working, so I arranged for my mother to come and wait in. After multiple unclear conversations with planet granite throughout the day, at about 4pm they said they didn’t have our sink and they couldn’t fit our worktops. They would be back tomorrow and Danny would phone me at 8:45am when he knows what’s going on.

The next morning. 10am, no call. Trying to get hold of them was frustrating, the phone just rings out. Eventually Russell called me and said that Dan was unwell, there had been a covid outbreak in their factory and everything was a bit all over the place. Fair enough, covid is rough. He said the sink would be delivered at some point today. The guys arrived and fitted the worktops without the sink. Later that day, Dan (yep the guy off sick) turned up with the sink which when unboxed was dented. Obviously not PG’s fault but still a pain.

5 days later, our new sink arrived, once again delivered by Danny. So now we have some lovely worktops, one with a sink sized hole in it. I asked about installation and they basically said we were on our own and they don’t fit sinks. Even though both the sink and tap was purchased from them. A subsequent call by my partner confirmed they do fit sinks, for some reason they just didn’t want to fit ours.

In the end I watched a video on YouTube, brought some clamps and fitted the sink myself. Our plumber did the rest. It’s not really the service you’d expect when you spend £3888 with a company that is supposed to do it for you.

If you must use Planet Granite, I wouldn’t make the final payment until you’re happy with everything.

Planet Granite have been excellent, from initial quote, templating and through to fitting. The templater and the two fitters were very helpful and did a really good job.

Having been let down by another company a friend recommended Planet Granite. Everything was completed how and when they said it would be & i therefore have no hesitation in further recommending them. My new Granite Bar tops are fantastic. Top job guys, thank you.

What a fantastic quality company they are, every part of our experience has been world class. From going over to their lovely inspirational showroom to picking our gorgeous material to the professional fitting and measuring process. We are so thrilled with the final result and would not hesitate to recommend Steve and his team!

Very good service from start to finish. The lads who came and installed the island and worktop were courteous and professional. The finished product looks great and were delighted with the results.

Worktops were fitted today and they look great. From start to finish all of the team have done a great job and easily contactable.

From the day we visited the showroom, ordered our worktop (months ago, way before our renovation work had started), got it templated (couple of weeks ago) and finally fitted (today), everything has gone very smoothly. Everything that was promised was delivered and the service was great throughout. Absolutely spot on. Would 100% recommend.

Just one constructive criticism to help with your ongoing continuous improvement, we had a few small quartz parts that were missing on the fitting day and to try and get through to Planet Granite on the phone to sort it out was very difficult. After finally getting through, the issue was resolved quickly - Thank you Dan.
