I'm still waiting for the boxes and I'm steel waiting for a call back from customer services regarding the delay so its's hard to review with anything but 1 star so far,

Good variety of goods to chose from. Price is competitive and the quality of the goods is very good.
Kept up to date with delivery dates.

Excellent service quickly dispatched. One box was damaged by the courier but this was resolved straight away with the offer of a refund or replacement. The replacement arrived the next day! Highly recommend this company! Oh and the product was excellent also.

You are always very helpful and polite. But I have been away and only just got to my delivery and one is damaged I have a picture of where they were left and they are still packaged together. I suppose it is too late to do anything about this now. Thanks Kevin Priest

Ordered 10 large boxes online, great service as there was an issue where the order only seemed to go part through. They sorted it in a couple of minutes and the order was confirmed.
Very quick delivery and on receipt one box had been damaged (probably in transit). A phone call to explain with a follow up email with photo's of the damage and a new box was sent out.
Excellent service and the product isvery good, better than I was expecting.
Will definately use again if I need to.

I took delivery of lidded boxes for a Xmas gift but a lid was found to be damaged on later opening. The company promptly sorted the problem and their response and their communication has been five star especially when damage had probably arisen during transit. I will not hesitate to recommend the company or purchase from them in the future.

Been ordering for over a year. If there are any issues it is sorted really quickly. Crates are the quality required and are built to last.

Great products, good service. Well organised delivery

The Plastor website has an excellent range of storage containers for supply at very reasonable prices.
Their customer service is excellent and very helpful.
The only downside is that until you have completed and submitted your order, then the company will come back to you to provide delivery charges, and complete the order, and take payment.
The delivery is usually within a couple of days and products are nicely wrapped and boxed to avoid carriage damage.

Courier delivered (left at the end of someones drive) to wrong address 1/2 away from our property. One crate was later noticed damaged.

Great crates but let down by their courier, especially when it's a premium (£30) delivery service.
