PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I don't know where to begin with this. They turned up with the wrong flu fittings on day one so installation was delayed.
After installation I started getting a fault on the boiler. Same engineer came out and didn't know what was wrong with it and it appeared to have corrected itself.
It then kept happening. So I reported this to plumbproud several times and was told to contact Worcester Bosch as the boiler was under guarantee.
When he came out he shut my boiler down as the flu wasn't replaced properly and was emiting dangerous levels of CO2. They even capped the gas off as it was so dangerous they capped the gas off 2 months after fitting.
I'm now waiting to hear from plumbproud to see what the will do.
My advice just ovoid this company if you can find a reputable engineer yourself to fit the boiler not some franchised out cowboy.

They were very helpful, fast in response. The engineer they sent was on time,very expericed and did a great job. Could not be more satisfied with using this company

Shaun khamb installed my new boiler yesterday along with his trainee. Both extremely polite, well mannered, and making sure the job was done in a professional manner. I’m extremely pleased with my boiler, Shaun took the time to explain everything I needed to know before leaving. Would definitely recommend. Also Marvin who set up the deal for me. Very professional.

Above and beyond the call of duty. Shaun came out after we were let down by the previous engineer. Despite starting the job late in the afternoon. He completed the job. Turning a what would have been a negative experience to a wonderful one

Ordered boiler Thursday AM and it was fitted by GAVIN Friday arriving early morning. No issues at all from start to finish. GAVIN was lovely and spent alot of time explaining what he was doing and explaining the controls on the boiler once it was fitted. He was as clean as possible whilst working and when he finished. Would recommend with out a doubt.

Would like to thank Dave Richards for his very professional job, he arrived on time, made sure the carpets were covered, explained everything to us on completion of our boiler being fitted,would definitely recommend this company

CROOKS!
20 minutes after placing an order they wouldn’t allow me to cancel without a £600 cancellation fee. Kevin Hardiker (director) then offered to refund £295 but they haven’t. They’re ignoring my contacts and the job is so messy I have to have a whole new unit built and holes blanked off. I have an independent report on the job and I have also recorded conversations (obviously because I knew I was dealing with crooks when they ignored calls from my number but when I called from a different number they answered immediately). I am now in the process of issuing a pre notification letter in order to take then to court. Do not go near them.

I have responded to the request for more information but if you just reply to my emails Kevin Hardiker you won’t need any more information!

Highly recommended from the report of a boiler problem to the install testing and commissioning was 2 days, the fitter Glen was excellent , knowledgeable, courteous and most of all left our house as if nothing had occurred.. 10/10

AVOID SIGNING UP TO THEIR SERVICE PLAN !!!!
Worcester boiler purchased and installed February 2022. Signed up to monthly service payment plan. First service due Feb 20th 2023. I first called to book in the service on Feb 7th, my details taken and received no call back to book in. February 8th I left a voicemail due to nobody answering the phone. I have made follow up calls on Feb 27th, March 8th and today Monday 13th at 0925 which I was told I was on priority call back as they all say they are unable to book the appointment as it’s a different team that deals with it. Each time they take my details and NOBODY HAS RETURNED MY CALLS...!!! Each time I have made them aware that property is rented out and not only do I need the landlords certificate but the annual service needs to take place in order for the warranty to remain. Plumbproud have allowed the 12 month service to lapse, they have received monthly payment plan to cover this and simply are proving not to be so ‘proud’
Worth reading recent review Feb 28th where another customer is unable to get their boiler serviced using a payment plan....
UPDATE TO FOLLOW.
A few days ago I received a phone call from proudplumb..the lady confirmed she had read my review, apologised and said she had not received my details at all from any of my phone calls...I had also texted her...she admitted they were short staffed...she promptly sorted out an engineer to complete the service and provided me with the necessary landlord certificate which was overdue by 3 weeks now. The moral of the story is just communicate with your customers....

The price was less than other companies. The engineers who attended were efficient ,friendly, hardworking and informative. The office staff were helpful and dealt with any appointment issues professionally. I have arranged an annual service with this company.

Haaris worked with out break from 8=7 and he was very good and tidy .
He explained every thing to me and need to have every thing explained believe me

Great service, well informed, helpful, good product.
The engineer (Keith Myler-Dixon) went above and beyond to get the boiler set up perfectly and in a good position that suited our new homes set up.
I recommend using this company to fit your new boiler.
