Just bought an Ideal Standard Alto Soft Close Toilet Seat. Plumbtraders.co.uk were a good supplier. Kept me well informed as to when to expect delivery. Good Service

I ordered a boiler and flue parts from them. Everything went without a hitch and they confirmed the delivery date very promptly; which can't be said for all online retailers. The local plumbers merchant they used for delivery was very friendly and even arrived a day early. All in all a good experience.

Plumbtraders were within a few percent of being cheapest and had extensive good reviews online.

Placed an order for a toilet seat and cover. Information on web page suggested that I should receive this within one week, which I thought was fair enough. Although the old seat was broken, it was usable (just!) and there was always toilet number two downstairs. Was a little annoyed that the second week was nearly over and no contact or seat had arrived. I sent off an email on the second weekend, expecting a response early on the Monday. In fact a response was sent on that Monday evening, simply informing that the item was expected to be delivered the following day - exactly two weeks after original order.
Three days after receiving the order, I am yet to receive an e-mail response to my original query. Yes, I know I have the order, but it would have been a courtesy to send some form of acknowledgement of the delay, perhaps even an apology. As a seller myself, that would have been the least I would do for my client.
My hope is that this is a one-off bad experience, fully aware that the experience of others may differ from my own, I'm sure I would be prepared to try Plumbtraders again.

The wrong product arrived which I sent back. It appears they have the wrong product picture or code on their website. I've spent so much time on te phone with your very nice warehouse but still over a month later and nothing has been resolved. Would not shop here again.

Delivered as promised on time, were not THE CHEAPEST for that model of boiler i bought but as of the reviews I decided to go for this company. Pretty pleased with the service I have got.

I needed a replacement boiler quickly and I wanted the best price. Plumb Trader did exactly that. The email confirmation of my order gave me a local contact number for any queries I might have and I was told the delivery date within 24 hours (ordered on Fri, delivered on Tuesday) My plumber could not source the boiler any cheaper himself. Plumb Trader have a large range to chose from and package prices including any installation items you need e.g. Flues and timers etc. I am realy happy and would recommend to everyone. My plumber is going to use them as well!

From the word go they were brilliant. Got exactly what I asked for with speedy turnaround ... excellent price ... asked for am delivery and got it ... cannot fault any part of the service from the beginning to end.

Spoke to Mel who advised me about two boilers as I wasn't certain which one to choose for the size of the property. He was really helpful and even when I asked for delivery on a certain day, it wasn't a problem.
The boiler arrived on the day requested and brought into the property carefully by a very cheery delivery man.
All in all a great service.

Ordered a boiler Monday morning on line, received an e mail a few hours later confirming delivery date, boiler was delivered Wednesday midday as expected.

Even a half wit could fit these controls. 2 wires (polarity not important) plus 4 screws. Never scratch your napper trying to wire up S-Plan ever again.

In Stock, Dispatched, Advised on delivery, Delivered. JOB DONE.

No experience of Plumbtraders previously but as an internet provider, their service was first class and even generated a tel call to ensure that order included everything needed to complete the job. Equipment not fitted yet but have every confidence that everything is in original manufacturer condition.

Ordered parts ordered arrived at lunchtime the following day by UPS Couriers. Highly recommended online supplier.

Couldn't ask for a better service . Alison went out of her way to suggest alternatives when my original choice wouldnt have arrived on time , but finally managed to get the radiators of choice with Plumbtraders help. Arrived when they said they would and couldnt be more more friendly. I would happily use them again
