Our boiler broke down and we needed to replace the fan assembly. The gas safety man could order us the same part for £182 (including vat) but needed to order it for delivery 3 days later. I managed to get this for over £50 cheaper from plumbtraders.co.uk. I saw this same item slightly cheaper on another website and asked them if they were prepared to price-match. They looked into this and called me back shortly afterwards. I went with plumbtraders.co.uk due to the good customer reviews. The order was processed very quickly and as I had ordered before 3pm, it was delivered the following day. I would use this company again.

I can fully recommend plumbtraders for any plumber/gas engineer out there. I was three days out from doing a job when the firm I had originally used let me down on delivery due to the snow. I had been using that firm for around 12 years. I was stuck so I started to shop around and I was getting the same answer everywhere we can sort your items but not anywhere near when you need them. I came across the plumbtraders web site and gave them a call they answered quickly and where very helpful I told them what had happened and what I needed. They said we will call you back and they did! Within 30 minutes it was all sorted. They had got all my items and I could pick them up that day from within 5 miles of my location. Absolutely excellent all sorted in 2 phone calls and they saved me over 150 quid on what I was going to pay!! Top people will definitely be calling these guys first from now on.

I came across Plumbtraders while doing a search for a better price on the taps I wanted. The site appeared professional and most importantly the taps were a good price and in stock.

Our warm air central heating fan failed on WEDNESDAY afternoon, I located a new motor/fan assembly at a good price at Plumbtraders. It was about the coldest day of the year here, I needed verbal confirmation of availability/delivery so reqested a call rather than order on line. Very shortly after, a pleasant, helpful youg lady rang me back. Delivery was promised for the Friday, the part arrived the next morning, THURSDAY and was fitted and working by 10.30AM. BRILLIANT !

I wasn't sure if the item I was looking at was exactly what I needed and Plumb Traders were very helpful with my technical questions. My only gripe was that delivery was much slower than I am used to although the item arrived two days earlier than I had been told.
My only other gripe was that I was told what delivery would be after I paid and wasn't given an option to perhaps pay more for faster.

Website easy to use. Wasadvised of my delivery date and that if my item hadn't been delivered by 3 pm to give them a call.
Called as item had not been delivered. Very friendly, called me back within 10 mins and told me that as far As they knew item was being delivered that day. It did not arrive and had to call the following day to find out what had happened. Was told due to bad weather my order ha probably been pushed back and would be delivered either today or tomorrow.
Was delivered just before 5 pm. So all in all apart from the wasted day ofwaiting in when item wasn't delivered, very good. Polite call centre staff. Prompt call back and very friendly delivery driver.

Ordered boiler and parts delivered within 2 days without any issues. Good communication - emails sent prior to delivery confirming dates. Highly recommended, very competitive prices.

Wasn't sure about ordering on-line but couldn't get the right size locally, plumbing services telephoned me and discussed the product i was needing, found them very helpful and delivery was quite quick, would definetly say to use them.

I received a call early morning about the earliest delivery date for the boiler.
The seller was patient to get all the details over the phone while i was on a train and the price of the boiler beats all the quotes of the trade prices.

As I wanted a particular Myson radiator quickly, I requested a telephone call back on the Thursday using your website. When you called later in the day, the price you quoted was the same as on your website (considerably less than from my local builders merchant), and we completed the order quickly. Radiator arrived first thing on Tuesday morning (and I was able to confirm this with the local depot on the Monday). Now installed and working well!
