Poor customer service, If you need to return something they don't want to know, after numerous emails I ended up having to call.

Good price and excellent delivery would use again and would recommend to anyone.

I needed a new condensation siphon unit for our boiler. So, I shopped around for online spares and found that these people had the best price so I ordered from them. I received four emails tracking progress of my package and it arrived on the expected date ...and the helpful delivery man left it on the doorstep because we were out. The new siphon had been slightly redesigned so it's much better that the original which had several design problems. This, of course, is not down to PlumbTraders but I mention it to say that they keep up-to-date parts.

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpfully with ensuring both items arrived together as one had a 10 day lead time.

I needed a fan for my combi boiler, I did not realise the boiler was obsolete, delivered within 2 days brilliant service.

my only gripe was that they were delivering my boiler on a thursday when no body was around , but in fairness they rang up and it was delivered next morning .

Best price and promt delivery

i was not aware that plumbtraders are part of the wolsely group of builders merchants. my boiler spare part was deliverd by the local branch of wolsely. I will advise anybody before searching the web for a spare gas boiler part to check out the cost at your local builders merchants first then check the web to compare prices, note the web charges for delivery..
It has surprised me that the local builders merchant, in my caser wolsley sell gas boiler spare parts.

I would have no hesitation in saying that this company is first class .

The ordering process was simple on the website and I received updated emails to inform me of my delivery date. The emails advise that if the items hasn't turned up after a certain time to phone them and they will sort it. Well, the alloted time passed and I got on the phone, and within half an hour my new shiny boiler had arrived. I even received a call the next day to check I was content with the delivery.

Very pleased with the service and the price was good too.
