extremely overpriced postage and packing , 5.99 plus vat for an item which should have cost 3.00. I will look elsewhere when I need another part.

I found the price for my goods one of the best online and the delvery service exellent

I spoke with a salesperson on the phone, she took my order, advising me of delivery dates 2/3 working days, (Wed/Thurs).
The delivery arrived on the Wed'.
Perfect, couldn't have been easier to spend money:-)))
Will definitely check for future purchases!

Ordered this in the morning and it was actually delivered the same afternoon!! Can't fault it!

I ordered a radiator, 700mm x 1600mm, paid and had the order and delivery date confirmed. By 3pm on day of delivery I found out it had been "damaged in transit" and how did I find out??? I had to ring up and discover it for myself!!! A replacement was arranged and delivery date again "confirmed". By 2.30pm on delivery day I was getting concerned again and so I had to ring to find out what was happening because NO ONE rang me. It was out of stock!!!!! So I had waited in for 2 separate days to be messed about and nobody but nobody telephoned me to let me know the situation. A third delivery was arranged to my customer and fortunately this time a radiator was delivered. I won't be using this site again.

Much pleased as order and delivery was processed before expectations. Supplied valve was as expected and worked first time.

I was attracted to Plumbtraders by their excellent prices on radiators, with which no one could compete. Their service was second to none with and email communication was great to let me know exactly when my radiator would be delivered. Exactly what Internet trading should be like. I will soon be ordering more radiators without reservation.

My timer on my boiler gave up,ordered a new one on your website, came next day. Excellent service and good price. Would recommend.

I ordered a new shower unit believing that it would arrive in 2-5 days (labelled 'in stock'). Unfortunately after no dispatch email I called and was told that the item was out of stock and coming direct from the manufacturer so would be at least another 5 working days. The situation was well handled by plumbtraders who kept me updated as to the situation by telephone (without prompting) and the product arrived in excellent condition a day ahead of the estimated date. I would order again.

Knew what product I wanted and found them on google. Added to basket and set up account on smart phone and then ordered the product. Dead easy and great email follow up kept me informed I order and delivery status. Really easy to do and delivery was quick and apps spot on. Really pleased with the ease if it all and would recommend and use them again. I order lots of stuff online and have for years but this was all very good.

I recently purchased a Geberit concealed w.c. frame and flush, the items were exactly as described, well packaged and delivered promptly. The price was excellent in comparison with what was available locally. Would definitely recommend.

Price of item was very good compared to others. Delivery took 4 days which is longer than I would have liked. E-mail kept me informed of delivery day although it did go straight into my spam box which I do not check every day. Main problem was being expected to stay in all day to accept delivery. A phone call from the delivery driver say 1 hour prior to delivery would solve this or it could of just been left in the porch.

Purchase a glow worm boiler. It was the cheapest price I found. The product was delivered on time and has now been installed and working great. Overall, very pleased.

Good web site, good choice of items in stock, order was processed quickly. I specified some delivery instructions that could not be followed, but the company called me to advise. Goods arrived on the correct day. Very good service.

I had been searching for filters for my home-tek vacuum for some time, I found them at Plumbtraders...very low priced, I recieved them very fast as well

Did a lot of research & decided to buy from Plumb Traders as they were the cheapest on the market, spoke to a local plumber &even he can't get the boiler at this price! Process was easy, & delivery was quick & efficient. Would use again & would certainly recommend.
