A very very good service was provided by all that were involved and i was kept up to date on all aspects of delivery, i would use this company again. I am a Plumber and Gas fitter so i have dealt with a lot of firms and this company have impressed me.

Ordered a boiler through plumb traders, and the service I received was excellent. Claire was the contact at plumb traders who assisted me throughout my order, sourcing any out of stock items swiftly and providing an excellent next day collection service. I have to say that it is rare nowadays to recieve such a good service, I would use plumb traders again and would highly recommend them to others.

well i have recently signed up to plumbtraders and made my 1st purchase of a new boiler which when delivered ..was the wrong one ! no more internet purchases for me, i shall be going back to my normal plumbers merchants and buying things off the shelf.

I've used Plumbtraders several times now whilst renovating several properties. They are accurate and efficient when dealing with my orders. They have even bern flexible about delivery to suit my needs. Also I can always get hold of a representative to assist verbally, something lacking with competitors. I cannot recommend them enough..

I ordered the radiator 1.10.12, and was surprised that it was delivered the next day. Unfortunately I missed the delivery by 10 minutes, so arranged for it to be re-delivered on 3.10.12. When it arrived the driver pointed out that it was damaged and after a telephone call back to his depot it was decided to take the radiator back and bring another one. I have now been told that barring any more problems I will get a delivery of the radiator on 9.10.12.
