After being let down so many times in the past by unreliable plumbers and heating engineers, I approached Plumtraders with some trepidation. I shouldn't have, as they were efficient, friendly, helpful and very professional. The email follow-ups and delivery were all done efficiently and to time and so at no point was I anything other than impressed. If I need to buy another boiler (hopefully not) then this is the company I'll be using. Now I just need to find a Salisbury installer who meets similar standards!

I received the goods within 24 hours of ordering in perfect condition and exactly what I was expecting. Great service, keep it up guys.

I pride myself in finding the best deal on the internet and was very pleased with my new shower purchased through this website. Delivery was within 48 hours and to my surprise was delivered by my local plumbing supplier but at a 40% discount on their advertised price. I can certainly recommend to anyone looking for good service at the best price.

First time I had used them and I wanted the goods delivered to my office address rather than home address. I received a phone call from a Plumb Trader staff member confirming I was where I stated I was at work and they promptly delivered the goods to me.

Plumb traders were curteous in their dealings with me and I think they were efficient and honest. I am a very cautious customer when it comes to the web so believe me when I say you can trust these guys (if my purchase was anything to go by).
If I had one criticism it would be that buyers outside the mainland should expect to pay slightly more than advertised but this is not evident at the time of purchase! However it wasn't a deal-breaker and Plumbtraders came to a satisfactory deal with me.
