Great to do business with. Shipping package could have been stronger....

I can’t speak to the actual product just yet, as it hasn’t been used, but I absolutely wanted to leave a review for the customer service. My original order was unfortunately lost in the mail, and with Christmas quickly approaching, I was pretty stressed. Their team responded quickly, was incredibly kind and helpful, and immediately took action to make things right. They sent out a replacement right away, and it arrived before Christmas, which I truly appreciated.

Things happen, especially with shipping, but how a company handles those situations matters and they handled it exceptionally well. Based on this experience alone, their customer service is excellent, and I’m very grateful for how smoothly and thoughtfully they resolved everything.

I've started my journey into Drones, specifically for photography and travel videophotography using drones directly with Potensic.

I'm enjoying the experience with the brand. I've started with the early versions and now using the latest flagship from Potensic. i'm enjoying the progress and upgrades of the models together with the quality of the specs offered and also the evolution of the application.

I'm now using Potensic ATOM 2 and the images and video quality is quite impressive. Really interested

Also a very positive note for the customer service that has been always helpful any time i've contacted them with questions and once or twice when i thought i was experiencing errors. They were kind to explain me what was going on. Current model also provides logs to immediately be available for technical service to assess any issues one might encounter.

Exactly what I expected- an exact match in quality to the blades that came with the drone,

Bought the drone with insurance and one of the legs cracked. Contacted support with Product SN, purchase date, and coverage period. They asked for photos, and I sent them along with transaction ID. Then asked me for the order number(?) and more pictures. Found original sales receipt and got the response to send clear close-up photo of silver tab with serial number or will not be able to proceed (silver label does not have clear SN upon it) then service process will be invalid if drone is unbound from account? Also, just to activate CARE send them $35 via PayPal (which I do not use) along with the tracking number of the shipping cost covered by me or it will be rejected or destroyed. INSURANCE A SCAM !!! I JUST WANTED MY DRONE FIXED. Thanks for nothing Support customer service. Shouldn't charge for insurance you have no intention of honoring.

I was having a problem with my hub charger and BINGO in 2 week I received my brand new hub charger. Very impressed with support and love my Adam 2.

I have a Potensic Atom earlier on. When Atom 2 was launched, I knew the upgrade was very significant compare to the original Atom. So I bought the Atom 2 and gifted the Atom to a newer drone enthusiast.
I must say that it was a very good decision. Atom 2 checks all the features I am looking for in a drone. The build quality is also very good. Well done Potensic. Looking forward to having more accessories like ND filters etc

Did not expect such a great product, I wish I had gone for the fly more combo. May order another one, this time the combo pack hopefully with the new controller. Thanks

Purchased the Atom 2 and it's the best drone I've ever had! The Drone is very stable even in high winds. Photographs have exceptional clarity! You couldn't ask for more assistance than customer service provides! Great service great company! Highly recommended!!

Purchase the atom 2 and I couldn't be happier with it! Very stable high quality photos I couldn't ask for more! AI features are fantastic! Excellent drone!

The quality and performance of the Atom drone is spot on! The video is clear and stable. The fly more kit is a money saver! Bought this drone to prepare for my part 107 exam. After certification I will be buying the Atom2 with the updated controller or whatever new drone you have out come January 2026!

It came when it was supposed to be delivered. The packaging is great, everything in it's spot. The app was real easy to download and get flying.

Potensic offered insurance if my drone was damaged and I bought it. I crashed my drone and it fell into a creek. It took about 3 days to connect with customer service but within 10 days they shipped me a new drone with a new battery. I’m incredibly impressed with this excellent service. The drone is outstanding!!!

It was a good idea for me to purchase the CARE insurance. I just knew something would happen with the original drone. Alas, it did and it was replaced in a good time. Although, there was a fee(much lower than buying a new drone) since it was unretrievable and not defective. A good alternative to DJI for cost alone. Not as many camera and safety features, such as bypassing, braking when approaching objects, ISO and manual video/photo settings, etc. Something will tackle in their future models.

Had my Atom 2 drone for 4 months without a problem until recently. The drone firmware wasn't updating so I contacted Potensic support. Within 12 hours it was fixed and my drone updated to the latest version.
The drone's great and their support is knowledgeable and prompt.
