Probably the best support and customer service I have received in a long time. Quick to respond to enquiries and did everything to resolve an issue they could. Excellent products. Highly recommended.

I bought a "Potensic Atom SE" as my first drone. It is a quality product with a low price point. A well crafted entry level UAS. I have been flying it for a while and at one point it malfunctioned.

Don't get me wrong all drones have a possibility to malfunction, but how the company handles customer service is worth mentioning!

Potensic Customer service is very good! I contacted them to help me with info on how I could repair the drone, and after a few rounds they decided to help me by sending me a new one to replace the malfunctioned little machine.

All I got to do is send back the malfunctioned drone. So I did and the replacement arrived and I can fly again. They are very helpful and make the effort to take care of their customers. Way to go Potensic!

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Atom 2 and its controller. The layout of functions and the thoughtful software engineering make the operations simple. I only wish it had collision avoidance sensors, but I know that comes at a much higher price.
Over all, I very happy with my purchase.

Customer service and getting parts sucks.

This drone exceeds all expectations. For its size, its flight is stable even when ir is breezy, and the camera is great. The drone was delivered when it was supposed to be and the purchase process was simple and easy.

Absolutely worth the price. I could not be happier with it.

How easy it is to fly super fast shipping great product

Super fast shipping. Prompt emails. I was a little nervous to purchase from this company, but I went ahead because of all of the great YouTube reviews of the drone that I wanted (Atom 2). My done arrived earlier than expected. It was a great experience all around.

Good choice

I had an issue with my drone controller that unexpectedly went out. When I reached out to Potensic, their customer service team responded quickly and professionally. They didn’t give me the runaround—instead, they simply asked for a video/pictures to confirm what was happening. After reviewing, they immediately acknowledged that this should not have happened and sent me a replacement controller at no charge.

The whole process was fast, smooth, and stress-free. It’s rare these days to find a company that stands so firmly behind their products. Potensic really impressed me, and I’ll definitely continue supporting them!

First the part that I didn't like. When you purchase CARE(their device insurance program) it doesnt say anything about paying extra for replacement. If you hit something and send them the broken drone, it will cost $35+ shipping. If you lose the drone then it's something like $135. I wasn't expecting this.
Now lets get to the good part. I have Atom 2, it's an amazing drone. Camera, flight stability even with high wind conditions, AI futures are amazing.
When I had issues with the drone(due to a collision with a tree), they did everything they promised and replaced it without a hassle. Never had issues with communication, they replied every email in 24 hours. Overall I'm satisfied with my experience with Potensic.

Website was easy to navigate and use. Lots of drones to choose from and easy to select the right one for me!

Company's technical suport is quick and responsive. After providing photos and describing my problem i'v been given posibility to buy spare parts. Drone itself is build well

Potensic Atom 2 – A Great Companion in the Sky!

I’m genuinely impressed with what the Potensic Atom 2 offers. Flying this drone is a real pleasure – it’s stable, responsive, and the controls are intuitive even for beginners. The app works smoothly and is easy to navigate.

One big plus is its compact design. Folded, it fits easily into a backpack, yet it feels solid and well-built. Even in moderate wind, it holds its position well and behaves reliably.

The camera delivers very good performance — the image is sharp, and the stabilization does a great job. For casual filming and photography, it’s perfect.

In my opinion, it’s an excellent value for the money. If you’re looking for a lightweight and reliable drone for everyday flying, the Potensic Atom 2 won’t disappoint.

Drone is not as spectacular as described.. it functions ok. Distance is no where near advertisement says. Video quality is bottom shelf for the price point.. battery at best last 15 minutes. Disappointed at best.. definitely feel over sold and under purchased

They are more concerned about selling out their old drones with a website that jumps around when going to order. So you p u end up with the wrong drone. Then they don't allow canceling even one minute after the sale. Return cost you shipping and $25 fee plus I think a percentage of sale price.
Battery has 5 minute usable fly time

The Atom 2 is "rock solid" in stability. I purchased the unit to help with my hiking video. I needed to use it under a tree cover, near limbs and leaves and get stable video -- could not have functioned better. The video was taken in a confined area and the stability of the camera/video was amazing!

I really enjoy to flying the Potensic Atom 2 drone. The flying drone is very good stable. The pictures and videos are high quality. The Potensic Eve app have very good features. It is affordable. Two thumbs up and recommended!
