As a frequent user of Warner holidays we thought we try out Potters all -inclusive as recommended by our friends. What a pleasent surprise it was. We stayed in the village accomodation and upgraded our room. The room was large with an enormous bed. Cleaned and topped up each day it was very comfortable. The grounds were immaculate as was the huge purpose built main area. There was a great choice of food and drink available but we never got to sample the midnight menu as we were full up from dinner! Entertainment was top class each evening and so much to do all day - most people didnt leave the area. Highly recommend and we will be back in the future. Only criticisms i could find were the early evening comediens were boardering on embarrassing and more suitable for a primary school audience with knife throwing and lame jokes. We avoided this slot after the second day.

Where to start everything about potters is excellent 1/the staff 2/meals 3/entertainment 4/ accommodation even though you spend little time in it Can’t fault anything would recommend potters to anyone

Great Entertainment and even had Father Christmas there having a break before his busy time. Could add Black Pudding to the breakfast menu 😋 Home from Home 🏡

I had previously stayed at Potters at Five Lakes and this time we decided to try Hopton. They both have the same high quality all-inclusive experience. I found that for a more laid back break I would go to Five Lakes and for a busier break I would return to Hopton. The evening entertainment is brilliant at both, there are activities during the day to keep busy and the food is excellent. Although I go with my husband I feel really comfortable going off by myself for a quiz or swimming. All of the staff are really friendly and it's lovely chatting to other guests. I'll be back in the new year.

Amazing weekend stay, just myself and my husband (wasn’t sure how we’d feel as previously we’d been with grandkids), but thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in a different way. Free to join in silly quizzes, and watch the shows, staff friendly and made to feel part of the whole Potter experience.
Can’t wait for next year’s trip

Visited 5 lakes potters resort at the end of Sept for a weekend break with friends celebrating all our big birthdays and had a fabulous time from start to finish . Potters never fail to deliver on food , entertainment, activities, friendly staff that go above and beyond.
I would recommend Potters resort to anybody once you have been once you will return time and time again .
I am going again in December with my husband and two very dear friends and we are all very excited .

Staff always friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, comfortable and spacious in hotel, cabins smaller but still comfortable. Food excellent. Shows very professional cannot be faulted very enjoyable. Plenty of activities something for everyone all day long. Highly recommended

An amazing weekend summer of fun break.
Entertainment, food, activities and accommodation was first class. The entire staff were fantastic too. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed a mid week 4 day break at Potters in June at Hopton-On-Sea.
What makes Potters so incredible and that we come back year after year is the staff.
They are so welcoming and friendly from the entertainment team, activities team, the restaurant and bar staff.
The entertainments like watching a broadway show it’s incredible.
There are a wide variety of activities to do throughout the day and the drinks package and food are really good as well.
Thanks again for another great stay we will see you again in June next year and can’t wait!!!

We used to stay in the chalets but being of a certain age and both having cancer and mobility problems now, always book a hotel plus room. It is very spacious, large bathroom with his and her sinks. We also have a sofa and 2 armchairs. Bathboards and hand grips are provided on request for our safety.
Meals are very good and the waiting staff helpful. Hygiene is paramount at Potters especially in the public toilets.
I know of nowhere else where so many older guests are so well looked after and room in the theatre to accommodate wheelchairs and/or walkers.
We are very fortunate to have Potters at Hopton on Sea so near home, to enable us to have lots of breaks while remaining close to our hospital.
We can no longer get travel insurance, but Potters cover us for a small fee in case of cancellation.
The entertainment is West End quality with fantastic singers and dancers. Scenery and costume changes without pause. Personally love Ben Carruthers! Mark and Jack very funny and entertaining!

I have been coming to Potters for 30 years on visits with my wife and with groups. Potters is my first choice for a holiday. My most recent visit was to Five Lakes in May for a weekend and found it a great place to visit and relax. Because of my enthusiasm for bowls I prefer Hopton (it is also easier for me to get to) but I fully recommend either to anyone.

Polite friendly staff, great food and great service. Lots of activities, can do as much or as little as you like. Entertainment as good, if not better than West End shows.

They have got it all right the service the food and the entertainment is second to none we have been several times and had the best time ever and that's why we tell our friends and and family and return on our own and with family it's for all ages it's a place to have fun and feel relaxed well done potters.

Love Potters, prefer Five Lakes as more relaxing and no queuing. Rooms in Village are spacious and lovely outlooks.
Staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
Food is amazing and shows are polished and brilliant.

A brilliant weekend. Everything was amazing. Food, staff, accommodation, facilities second to none. Evening shows were of West End standard. Well done Potters.

Have had 2 weekend breaks at Hopton this year, one in group of 15+ and the other as a couple. Both breaks have been stress free from arrival to departure, facilities, food, staff and entertainment are excellent. Looking forward to next break

What fantastic venues. Both of them. Have now been three times and this is our go to holidays for the near future.
