I purchased a Power A Xbox controller with a guaranteed warranty replacement. The controller failed but the company Power A honored their guarantee after I completed their online form. They responded by sending a new Xbox Controller; and their response was prompt. I appreciate this company. I am quite satisfied.

I had a problem with the cord on the Fusion Pro 1 Controller. I raised an incident but was out of stock. Unfortunately this was the case for a few months but Powera kindly replaced with a brand new controller. Bonus that it was the Fusion Pro 2 I received. Really please with the service all in all.

A terrible company and a terrible…

A terrible company and a terrible experience all around.

I purchased 2 controllers at 40 each, first they were great, apart from being wired, atleast it's like 10ft and it has a booster for audio, but the piece of crap joysticks stop working in just 2 weeks. I bought two more....

Same B's, their joysticks go out in weeks.

U try to contact them, they WILL NOT ANSWER, IF THEY DO, THEY TREAT U STUPID, AND TELL U YO MAKE A TICKET, YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN, DO U COMPLAIN, THEY SAY MAKE A TICKET, NEVER HEAR ABOUT THAT ONE EITHER? MAKE A FRIGGIN TICKET.
Gd, even this company makes it a pain to review stuff. Boohoo our virgin ears. Jesus. I'll never leave a review here again God. Oh no, bad words, my eyes, my ears. Grow up

Absolute garbage product

Absolute garbage product. Both thumb sticks cracked and broke within a few months, with normal use.

After removing them from the controller, I discovered the plastic is extremely thin and brittle around the base of the thumb stick. I could crack it without any effort.

I messaged PowerA service team, hoping they could send a couple replacements thumb sticks.

They responded that they are not manufactured for individual sale. Try ebay or Amazon. In other words, 'we don't care'.

I am now forced to buy new controllers. The service team is indifferent and completely useless and the product itself is garbage.

Do not try

3 months and the controller is useless. I won't stay on the selected object. I got better performance from cheaper controllers. I am going back to microsoft controllers at least those last 2 years before I had to replace it. They don't back their product it is just a waste of money. Wish I had read these reviews before I bought it.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...AVOID!

I bought a wireless advanced switch controller and had it working fine for 11 months, when one day it decided to pack up completely and not turn on any more. The battery has died completely. When you plug it into charge it works, leave it on charge over night and it will be completely dead the moment you unplug it.

So I contacted PowerA regarding a replacement under the warranty. They said they were happy to honour the warranty and organise a replacement, however, they would only replace with a plain black one, which isn't what I purchased and not what I wanted. At this point I was told to wait 6 weeks and they should have stock available. Fast forward 2 and a half months, I still don't have a replacement controller, they are still offering me a simple black model and they still can't tell me when the controller I purchased is in stock. Offered me no alternative designs (despite them being in stock) no compensation NOTHING. I'll never buy a PowerA controller again.

Garbage

Had two of their xbox one controllers for PC, both broke within 6 weeks, and even when they were working, the buttons were incorrectly mapped, so if you're playing a shooter, shooting also causes your character to run forwards, lol.
Would never buy again.

Sham Customer Service

Their customer service is non existent. Contacting them is a complete waste of time. I have been waiting 11 months for a replacement. They are blaming it on Covid...Complete nonsense, the shops are full of their controllers.

Easy to dismantle and repair/clean, but wears fast.

I bought a powerA model 1518811-01 and after 6 months i have one of the joystick who is severely drifting and need to be replaced.

The back programmable buttons are awesome but a bit too small

Even after a full dismantling and cleaning one of the back buttons is starting to feel squishy and not click anymore.

customer service PATHETIC

The customer service and warranty on this product is absolutely pathetic. I spent $100 on a brand new power1 fusion nintendo switch controller and one of the paddles wasnt even programmable and the other broke within a week. i reached out to customer support via email and got no response. Finally i had to email again and they said they had to search inventory and get back to me cause theyve been out of stock. they would let me know when. 3 months! nothing. i email again and they said theyd look into it. no apology. then yesterday i get the part in the mail. AND IT DOESNT EVEN FIT THE CONTROLLER. its the wrong part. i email again! the responses i get are sad. As a business owner i would have just send out a new controller. il never buy another product or promote this again.

Poor quality products would avoid this company.

I bought an animal crossing switch controller earlier in the year and straight off the bat I had drifting issues I contacted customer care for help as I could not be bothered returning to the store for a replacement. Whilst customer care offered me a replacement they said the exact model I had/wanted was out of stock and that I would have to wait I eventually contacted them back after sometime wondering if any stock was available they didn’t get back to me. At that point I couldn’t return the item to the store either. Waste of money, impossible to use whilst playing animal crossing poor service over all. Sh ite.

I had to go for an X-ray at the hospital, saw a cancer specialist but no it turned out it was just a POWER-A product.

They have a small plastic pin where you plug the USB charging cable ( regular mini USB, nothing special ) which prevent any other cable than the one they provide to be plugged so that you may not use your own.

Their cables are very cheap and low quality and break after some months, you can not use another cable so it is impossible to replace as they don't sell them separately. You must buy a new one instead of just replacing the cable, even Apple stopped doing this, I am not sure who they think they are?

A very audacious brand, repackaging and selling cheap chinese stuffs, zero customer care, basically a scam. Put an extra note guys and get the quality instead of this crap. This brand is a cancer.

Don’t bother Usless.

Don’t bother. 2 replacements and they don’t even work. Worst controllers on the market. They keep breaking. Customer service is shocking and take for ever to reply. 3 controllers and still they won’t replace anymore as I’ve had my limit. Not that I wanted one I wanted my money back. Buy Microsoft then at least you have a decent company for service if it does break.
