PRA were fantastic, installed 14 air con units over the summer holidays 2023, and so far, no major issues would really recommend them to install air con in public and domestic areas.

We recently used PRA to install new air-to-air heat pumps in our house and also that of my daughter. I cannot fault their professionalism, tidiness, efficiency and friendliness throughout. My neighbour was so impressed that she, too, used PRA to replace an old heat pump that was no longer working. Would not hesitate to recommend them to others, and to use them again ourselves if needed.

Arrived on time, with all equipment needed. Tidy and quick installation. Good communications. People in the office must talk to each other, as even if you get a second person next time you call, they know the background and what was previously discussed and agreed. Certainly use them again.

Had an emegency call out on one of our Air Conditioning units in our office. I called and they manged to squeeze us in and were out the next day. It required repairing and they got the quote to me the same day and have booked the repair in for this week. The engineer who attended was polite, efficent and very knowledgable. The lady i spoke to who booked us in and sent me the repair quote was very helpful, polite and even explained the repair that was required. I will be using them againa nd even thinking of setting up a maintenance contract with them.

From the first telephone call made to the Head Office, The lady was kind and helpful the Quotation was excellent felt very at ease, He talked me through the Installation process and talked through options available, the completion of the 4 Air Conditioning Systems installed at my Home address went smoothly, I always felt satisfied and happy that I chose the right company, nothing was to much trouble, they answered any questions I had and reassured me at all times and kept me up to date on the progress.
I cant fault the fantastic Engineers for their Respect, Manners, professionalism, cleanliness and knowledge.
I Will definitely be recommending PRA and will use this company again for any future projects.

Jenna in the office is very helpful and…
Jenna in the office is very helpful and will help as much as she can. she arranged for Elliott then engineer to come and out look and my non working unit the next day. Elliott arrived and withtin an hour the unit was working again.
He explained what was wrong and how he has fixed it, also he told me how to prevent this happening again which is to have the unit serviced at least once a year.
i spoke to Jenna and she sent me a maintenance service contract which i signed and returned so more worry or me having to remember getting the system serviced.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, from the first telephone call to arrange a visit to my home for a quotation. Paul visited and he was very helpful and explained everything very clearly. i had so many questions and he was more than happy to take my offer of a cup of tea and seat to talk over my questions.
The quotation was sent within 24 hours of Paul's visit which i accepted.
communication with the office staff was effortless and they was happy to work around my working life.
The day of the install the 2 engineers arrived and was very professional and carried out an outstanding job.
i will be installing air con in a few more rooms and 100% will be back with PRA

Excellent company from intial contact made to the Install being completed. The engineers were professional, polite & did a fantatic job with very little disturbance to either myself and my wife, who works from home. It is great to have the Air Con in & ready for when the summer really hits!! We are no debati8ng on wether to get another one Installed by PRA for our living room. Would highly recommend this company!

Cool runnings
Had the air conditioning fitted on one of the hottest days ever, the guys were professional taking about 5 hours to complete. No mess or damage to the wall paper.
The air conditioner is very quiet and quickly cools the bedroom. You can set it as low as 16 degrees but I find 19 is cool enough.
The verbal and written quote does not include VAT.
No problem contacting them on the phone with any queries. Paul comes out to check the room size so the correct unit is quoted for( some do it over the phone which is a bit disconcerting)
I would recommend.

I called to book in an air conditioning installation survey with this company, a woman answered the phone and sent a man named Paul Arnold to my address who claimed to be the owner of the company, during the survey he appeared to be under the influence of something he rambled a lot but didn’t really seem to know what he was talking about, when i asked specific questions about the work that needed doing he couldn’t provide any substantive answers, he suddenly interrupted me while i was asking him a question to use the toilet and i could hear him making loud sniffing noises, when he came out he said something about the job being cash in hand gave me his business card & left, he also left a mess of diarrhoea in the toilet bowl. I don’t think this company is legitimate, if your thinking about using this “company” i’d assume that you either won’t see your money again or you’ll have to pay to have the work redone again properly.
