I think the service was good and I think the cater called Simrat was a very good person making sure I was well looked after
For 2.5 years Precious provided the most diligent, thoughtful and kind carers to my 96 year old neighbour who, being without any family, had entrusted me to look after his health and wellbeing. My neighbour’s dearest wish was to stay in his own home for as long as possible and Precious made that possible with 4 care visits a day, every single day, looking after him as if he were their own family. We were never let down for a single shift. The team are backed up by supportive management but it was the individual carers that we formed our closest relationship with. It is with a heavy heart that we said goodbye to Precious today as we moved my neighbour into a fabulous nursing home, his frailty now needing more round the clock care. I would not hesitate to recommend the fabulous carers at Precious for whom nothing was ever too much. If Rupinder or Joseph are your carers you are very fortunate indeed! We will miss them.
I couldn't ask for better support. I have two carers, they are both extremely helpful, efficient and friendly.
In a number of years I have only once had reason to complain.
the company is good, I’ve had good and bad experiences with them, but on the whole, I do generally they do try to help out when they can to make it better for you…

Precious Support have been providing care for my Mother in her own home. My sister and I have found the girls to be kind thoughtful and very caring in all our dealings with them. I know my Mum liked them even though towards the end of her life she didn’t like being messed about with and at times was more difficult to deal with but they did their job and were very patient with her.

Responsiveness and flexibility of the service, plus staff have all seemed pleasant and caring.
I do think recording times of staff arriving and leaving a visit would be useful (although if that is accessible via Precious, upon request, then that would be ok?

Precious Support Services gave us 2.5 years of caring, consistent and professional care for my disabled mother in Law. They arranged for 2 carers to come twice a day every single day which is no easy task! The staff were well trained and well supported by the senior team as necessary.

We have found Precious Support Services very efficient, supportive and caring when managing my mother’s care provision.
We would happily recommend them to others who may need a care package put in place

This is a "care" business to avoid. There is a massive disconnect between the owners and the "carers". There is not enough room here to explain fully. Note also that a "Sam Webb" worked or works here.
This agency were engaged to care for my father who is extremely frail and prone to falls. He also suffers from dementia.
We found many of the carers to be incompetent and lazy. Dad's food and wine went missing. Two carers made cheques totalling over £20k out to themselves. PSS were contracted to provide 24-hour care including waking nights, but many of the carers slept through and on one occasion they went to bed and this had disastrous consequences. On at least two occasions, the carers were made to work over 36 hours on their own without any breaks, so how could our father be safe?
The agency's reaction when I complained was just "I'll remind them they need to stay awake". No apologies or remorse whatsoever,
Another carer wore earphones so she couldn't hear my father calling, We never saw these carers being supervised, and the medication was not looked after properly with MARS sheets etc. Since we have had a decent agency looking after dad, some of the carers would totally refuse to work for PSS because of their reputation in the area. if you or your loved ones have used this agency, I would respectfully suggest you check your/their bank accounts
