Love PVH, I've bought hair from there for a couple of years and the quality has not let up, really impressed with the quality, minimal shedding and also can style it well, bearing in mind I've bought different textures and all have been really really good. The lace closure are also good quality, and blend in/melt really well! Wonderful customer service so I'm very satisfied as a customer and continue to shop at PVH !

I must say I was impressed about the two long beautiful wig I ordered, I was skeptical at first cos never bought from them but will always come to u now when I need a wig because quality is amazing and babe the hair looks too real.

I have been a Precious Virgin Hair customer from the very beginning. The quality is amazing . I recently bought a boob wig and the maya wig and the hair was so beautiful I got so many compliments. I’m so happy with my purchase.
The only thing I would say is that sometimes there are delays in receiving the hair due to customisation, colouring etc; with that said I would advice buying hair a month in advance depending on what you want . Overall it is well worth the wait I love all of the hair I have purchased from Precious virgin hair.

Do not order from this place!

They sent me fake hair that shed and tangled so much I had to return it and then they held off on giving me a refund for weeks after even though they agreed to the return and refund.

They're a bunch of scammers.

UPDATE: The owner said that she wouldn't give me a refund because I had opened a case with my bank. She asked me to cancel the case I opened with my bank and she would refund me through bank transfer. After doing so, she refused to transfer me and claimed that because I opened the case Paypal has already taken the funds out of her account and refunding me would cause her to lose twice the amount I paid (??). I called Paypal and they confirmed that this can't be true because they never pulled funds from her. They confirmed she was lying and that if she asked me to cancel my claim with the bank it was because she was pulling a scam and knew I wouldn't be able to open a new case with Paypal.

The owner is a liar and a thief.

I ordered 3 bundles and oh my days everything was amazing from the costumer service to product , the hair was the best hair I have order so far is true to the size. Everything was just amazing I 100% recommend to everyone

Can I just say I love my wig 8 months later! Like I buy wigs a lot and this Bob is still giving. The quality and stitching of the bundles is honestly quality. I don’t leave reviews on hair usually but this Bob is life and I had to come back 8 months later to write this. Worth the buck thank you 🫶🏾🤍

PVH are a great company. Communication during the transaction process were on point. Becky was so polite and assuring - she deffo understands customer service. The full lace wig I purchased is amazing, definitely worth your money. The hair is off good quality, very full and neatly stitched. I felt like a real diva wearing the wig. I will certainly be purchasing again from PVH.

My customer service experience with PVH was great, they respond to my queries quickly and always kept me updated regarding my postage delivery. The few times I have bought my bundles from this company the hair always smells good , little shedding and in good condition.
