Hair has massively declined in quality and customer service is very defensive. I have bought hair frequently from here since 2020. I last bought a wig in 2023 and the quality was great. Reordered the same wig in 2024, and the quality was drastically different. The customer service when something goes wrong is unfortunately very defensive and can be vindictive. While the owner took over a month to have the wig delivered, she gave only 3 working days for a return. A very poor service overall and I would recommend buying better quality hair elsewhere. As an example of the kind of defensiveness you will experience if something goes wrong, simply read her responses to valid one star reviews. Being a small business is not a reason to provide poor, unprofessional customer service and it's a shame the instagram hair vendor business isn't as regulated as other industries.

I have been a PVHbeauty since 2015! The customer service is always 10/10, I was given instructions of how to maintain and take care of the raw hair, as it was my first time purchasing raw hair. All my questions were answered regarding the hair and style, which made it easier to decide which hair and texture I wanted. I would definitely recommend PVH Raw collection to all the ladies, the hair does not shed, does not tangle at all and VERY soft! Also the life span of this hair is very credible! Can I add, the hair is full while also not feeling bulky! I just love the satisfaction of good quality hair and PVH provides that!

The stylist even complimented the minimal shedding and tangling of the 613 hair.

And on my other deep wave hair, it held so well, when I blew it out and curled it.

It is very hard these days to come across a professional hair company that’s take pride in good customer service, but now I have found one.
Great Communication - I didn’t have to wait days for a response. The longest I waited for a response was 10 mins.
Very accommodating - I couldn’t wait for delivery so I asked if I could have my order early and I was given a time and address to pick it up.
Reasonable price - a lot of companies want to charge you extortionate prices for poor quality hair. The price is definitely worth the quality of the hair you’re provided.
Fantastic Quality - I’m so used to thin, tangled bundles from Ali Express that when I received my wig I was shocked that it was thick and my fingers combed through it with no problem. I even had to remove tracks because 3 bundles is so full.
Overall you will not have a negative experience when purchasing hair from this company.
(P.S after receiving my order I went straight onto the website to make another one)

This is the only hair i use for my boho braids, i usually don’t even have to use the full 2 bundles i buy because of how full they are! The current hair i have in i’ve dyed multiple times, re-installed twice and is still soft, shiny and tangle-free. luv pvh and will continue to be a loyal customer😊!!

I am beyond happy with my purchase! I bought 3 bundles of 28 inches and a 13x6 HD frontal, and the quality is phenomenal across the board. The hair is soft, full, and has a beautiful shine to it—exactly what I was hoping for. The HD frontal blends perfectly with my skin, giving me a seamless, natural look. 100/100 experience with PVH , firstly I would like to just say how amazingly I was treated. I had a vision and picture of how I wanted my hair and the lady went through every type of hair they have all the lengths she really took her time to explain to me and gave me in depth guidance on how to care for the hair very patient and calm i then needed someone to install it for and she helped me book in with Lily , who was such a lovely person very friendly and also helpful i am very happy customer and will returning and spreading the word i love to see black women shining and supporting :)

hair quality and customer service 10/10!

i have purchased from PVH a number of times and will continue to! The last time i used their bundles was when i purchased the body wave bundle deal which i used for a half sew-in half knotless braids. the hair looked amazing! easily manageable, holds the curls well and does not get too tangled.

regarding customer service, she is extremely helpful for first time buyers in deciding what texture to choose.

Great quality hair - have purchased from them a number of times over the last few years (wigs, closures, bundles etc) and will continue to buy! This latest time, there was a shipping delay outside of the owner’s control, but she went out of her way to hand deliver my hair to my hair dresser so I didn’t have to cancel my appointment. Love her customer service, would recommend

My experience with PVH has been great, they are currently rebuilding their website and their fast communication on Instagram (the communication method I used) was great. Bundles did not have a smell and were smooth. Going to purchase again.
