I have been buying hair from here for around 10 years, the quality is always great and the hair is long lasting! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Hair & Service
I have not had the best experience with hair companies in the past but it was the complete opposite with Precious Virgin Hair. I purchased x3 raw bundles and a 6/6 closure. I also had this made into a wig. The hair quality is fantastic! I was assured that it would be. Straightens and curls well and did not come with that chemical smell. I asked so many questions from my purchase until I had received my hair and they were happy to answer each and every one. I sent an image of my preferred style and they delivered just that!
Thank you so much Precious Virgin Hair for my hair and wig service! Will be purchasing again!

PVH refused to refund me156£ after putting wrong bank details on their website
I purchased a frontal for a 156£ With money transfer on the bank details that they provided on the website. After paying they told me that the bank details that they provided on the website were old and not up to date. They refused to refund me the money because they said they did not have access to that account even though while paying through online banking the account was verified as an open account. I asked them if They could still ship my order since I needed it for my birthday and since it was their mistake; they initially agreed and then turned around and changed their mind again, saying that even though it’s their mistake for not updating their bank details on the website they can’t send me the hair I payed for , and I should rather claim the money from my bank. At that point my birthday was just few days away and there was no way I could have got the hair on time from somewhere else so I had to repurchase the frontal (another 156£).They refused to give me back the 156£ from the first order that I purchased and they also refused to give me a discount for inconvenience on the second order because the frontal was already on sale, which was unbelievable since they didn’t even consider that I just wasted 156£ for their mistake!
I contacted my bank to get a refund and they contacted their bank whom came back saying that the beneficiary (PVH) refused to refund the money. So I contacted the seller again and she said she was never contacted by the bank and that other costumers had this issue before and got their money back (if they had this issue before why didn’t they update the bank details on the website then?!). After I was told she was going to contact her bank and apparently the bank said after 30 working days they will give an answer, the days passed and I am currently still waiting on a response and on a refund.
My bank explained to me that they can’t refund me the money if the beneficiary doesn’t give permission to its bank, so aside putting a complaint there’s not much I can do about it, and I feel like PVH has not and is not taking this case seriously from their end neither they are treating it as a priority.
The summery is I payed 156£ and never got it back neither I got a discount on my second purchase… which is ridiculous because it was PVH’s mistake as they were the ones that put the wrong details on the website. The hair was good quality but costumer service was awful to my opinion as they only cared about protecting their own money by holding the item until I repurchased it and did not show any concern about me wasting my money for their mistake not offering a discount on the second purchase either.
It was a horrible experience and I wasted a significant amount of money!

“Raw hair”
Ordered raw hair which clearly wasn’t raw hair, or even virgin hair I don’t think. It looks like they gave me cheap remy aliexpress hair which is dry thick and bushy. But the frontal they gave me is raw hair which was silky smooth and soft. The difference between the frontal and the bundles is as clear as night and day, ruined my plans of making it into a highlighted wig. Order was delayed and took about a month to arrive. Really disappointed. The one star is for the frontal and the fact that they communicated with me throughout but defo won’t be ordering again.

‚Raw‘ Hair
I ordered 2 Bundles of their Raw Curly Hair. At the beginning the communication was very nice, all my questions had been cleared out and the seller was very nice. When the bundles arrived they already looked different from what I expected but I gave it the benefit of the doubt, as I was so excited for the hair to test and co-washed one of the bundles. Hair was highly processed. Like not even just steam processed as Virgin Hair is, it was chemically processed. It had been dyed black and it had that weird cornship smell. I couldn’t even comb through with a tangle teezer, as it was EXTREMELY dry. The ends were very brittle . Overall I can say the hair certainly wasn’t raw - it wasn’t even virgin - it was plain simple aliexpress chinese remy hair.
When I contacted the lady, she started to doubt my hair care competence (like they always do). I had to write multiple days back and forth and we could agree on sending one bundle back but I was too naive, I should‘ve opened a paypal case in order to get my whole money back.
Ladies: Do not even check their insta twice. It’s all lies.
