Precision Motor Group Reviews 

Purchased a Mercedes’ cabriolet at the end of May and have had nothing but problems, so far it has cost me £2000 and I have only done 1000 miles. I paid £25500 originally so not cheap.
There is a problem with the brakes as they keep rumbling and the discs keep warping. I was offered the chance to take it back on the first instance, but it is a long way to travel so I excepted £200. The problem has returned and I have now found that the wheels have been refurbished causing the discs to warp again.
Lesson learnt always buy from a dealer you trust like Mercedes, then you know things will be ok.
This is the 4th merecedes I have had and the worst.

very poor. bought a car and on drive home had problems. then ?24 hours later more problems the car had no back brakes they were down to the metel and yet it had just had a new mot lol. then coil springs needed replacing then front brakes and discs and now the steering rake and other suspension parts. the warranty that they give you is terrible they will not pay out on anything so pointless having it really. all this and I have only owned the car 9 months and garage and warranty company are not interested. I've been sold a lemon basically and would definitely not buy a car from them again nor recommend them to anyone

I purchased a Ford Focus ST-3 from these gentlemen back in October 2018. I found them to be very polite and none of the usual car salesman tactics. Very down to earth and they really care about their cars and will take good care of you. They even delivered the car at no extra cost. I honestly can't put into words how good these guys are, but I'd definitely purchase from them again!

I recently purchased my car from precision motor group after being recommended by a friend. I was not disappointed. The gentleman who showed me around was very patient as he answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful and professional. I left with my dream car and couldn’t be happier. I purchased a Mercedes c class from these guys, they had a great variety of cars and were happy to show me round more than one when I couldn’t make my mind up, the car was immaculate, they took the time to go through finance deals to find me the best deal. Outstanding service and care from a smaller dealership better than I have had in any large ones. Would highly recommend

Amazing service from these guys down at precision motor group. From when I arrived to arranging the finance to picking up my fantastic new car. These guys couldn’t of been more helpful. Will definitely be using this company again in the future and telling all my friends not to go anywhere else but here for a new car. Thanks guys keep up the good work

Our new car we've had for under 8 months it stinks of fuel and is undrivable, we now have to pay for it to be fixed finance company won't sort it.. it's not owed by us but they wont pay for it to be fixed they've not followed the warranty... it's f@cked

Isn't a unfair review I've been actually really nice! dare I add you used second hand broken parts the car broke down on us more times then we could count you have it for over 6months in the 8 months we had it we hardly used it so hardly burning fuel as you say. I'm not saying things went wrong after 8 months it went wrong soon as we got it home within a few weeks it broke down I had to push it up the hill pregnant! You took it back and we didn't see it for months! Got it back went again!
Kept saying it'll be ready in a week and once that week arrived we got ignored and then told that itll be ready next week, we didn't see the car for MONTHS! Once you "fixed" it it broke down another 6 times!
sooo glad it's gone now and we trusted a better dealership. Goodbye

Financial ombudsman and fca and now COURT PROCEEDINGS ARE NOW IN PLACE***** Just before I start this review with this company I would just like to inform other potential customers To be totally aware of who they are and how they operate And I will keep this review to the point and to the whole truth On the 31/12/21 60+ days ago I brought a bmw 335i For £17000 3 days later it broke down and we are now on the 10th of March and no car no repair and no courtesy car….. They are blaming me for RATS chewing the wiring loom causing the problem (that is there best excuse) really!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve had war with them I had the car for 5 days ( yes 5 days) They refused to let me reject the car under my consumers act which was updated in 2015 to protect people from shady companies like this. They have blamed me for the fault I drove 160 miles in the car before it broke down Over 2 months have passed no car I’ve had to call them every time So now they leave me no option to start court proceedings which today is exactly what I have done. So if you reading this and all of the other negative reviews you see go elsewhere please I wish I had done Thank you By the way Paul I will see you in court… Good luck You really can’t treat people this way sorry mate you can’t Update 25/4/2022 Car is back with me in a mess sent to BMW to check out And I now have a bill for £1800 new damage caused buy precision motor group I have no words!!!!!!!!!

Don’t get your car from here. First off. They sold me a car that had been resprayed. When I noticed they said they’d re do it. Whilst they had my car one of their mechanics got chemicals on my dashboard and leather seat and tried to scratch it out. When I noticed, they made out like it was there before when obviously it wasn’t. Then the cracked window screen which I didn’t notice but the person prior to me had refused it on those bases- the paint and the crack in the windshield . I didn’t see the crack or the bad paint work as they keep the cars in a big dull dimly lit car lot. I had a flat tyre the other day, went to the boot and guess what no bloody spare tyre on a £15,000 car! LIBERTIES. Then to top it off the guy who gave me the keys lied!!! I asked him if the car was ulez compliant and he said Yh it’s got eco on there. not knowing anything about an a class, coming from a Peugeot. I thought I was winning. I am now in debt with TFL for over £1400 in ULEZ I’m sure these people should be held accountable for lying! Very difficult untrustworthy company!!!
