At the start of November we decided to order a hot tub for Christmas. Premier seemed to have a good choice at very reasonable prices so we contacted them to discuss. We decided on a Barbados has it had 2 lounge areas. They gave helpful advice especially around the access to our property. Initially due to a tight corner we were advised that we would need a crane lift but Rick kindly reviewed our situation & suggested that if we were able to remove some gates & one bollard they should be able to access our garden. The hot tub was ordered & delivered by 2 helpful chaps at the start of December. Unfortunately the next day when looking to set up we found the electrical cable was missing. We contacted Premier & they were very apologetic & sent an urgent delivery the next day. It has been set up & is working well. We have loved using it with family over Christmas & the New Year. We are very pleased with our hot tub & would recommend the helpful team at Premier Hot Tubs.

From buying the tub until delivery, everything went smoothly with lots of useful support and documentation to assist with set up etc.

Karen was excellent throughout the whole process and kept me fully updated from start to finish. The delivery team were fantastic, helpful and polite. The TV was a really nice touch.

I’d definitely recommend this company.

I’ve recently purchased a new hot tub from premier hot tubs. This is my second tub from these guys. My original tub was still in great condition and working perfectly but due to a garden makeover we decided to sell this one on and purchase a new tub with a different layout (St Lucia) Amazing to deal with and reply to any technical questions very quickly.

From initial contact, Karen ran through process and delivery etc and comms were great throughout. I had a particular delivery conundrum in that we had to come via my neighbours garden into mine. Rick who was their delivery guy was fantastic and got over any hurdles with little fuss. I would recommend Premier Hot Tubs for cost, quality and excellent support throughout. We got a Grand Bahama 10 seater delivered from Premier Hot Tubs and from start to finish the company was very professional. We had a slight issue at the end, but they reacted to it immediately and it was resolved very quickly, showing great customer service. Great products and great care & attention from them.

Great company to deal with who made the whole process from selection and purchase to installation simple and effective. The hot tub we bought was amazing and as we also bought extras including the coverlifter, we were completely set up from day one. Great choice on the website and the delivery team were amazingly helpful. They were undoubtedly the best value for money and we couldn’t fault anything.

After reviewing many companies, I chose to go with Premier Hot Tubs and cannot fault them, sales process was easy, reasonably priced and myself and the family are loving the hot tub a month in. The addition of a built in TV is such a unique and amazing addition. Delivery was fast and easy, post sales support has also been great, very responsive . Highly recommend.

Buying from premier hot tubs was really easy.
From start to finish they answer all your queries. The gentleman that delivered the hot tub couldn’t have been more helpful he set it up give me a quick run through of the operation of the tub then was off all done and finished within the hour.
All I can say is was a pleasurable experience buying from them. And the price was great in the sale.

From ordering to delivery, the whole experience has been beyond our expectations. Now we have the hot tub set up, it maintains itself, we are using it at least 4 times a week. To sit out under the stars is breathtakingly beautiful. A totally relaxing experience listening to music through the speakers. And breathe……

Purchsed the Bali 3 seater hot tub from Premier Hot Tubs. I have to say the power of the jets for muscle massage is amazing and exceeded my expectations. Looks a good robust tub. Delivery went smoothly and Karen is always at the end of the phone or email to answer any questions promptly. Great product and lovely people to do business with.
