Scammers! They have now changed their name to UK Service Plan and are requesting upfront payment for a new 3-year appliance-insurance policy when the old one was supposed to be valid until 2023.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs, the only policy this company has is the Prey on the elderly policy. Just found out they talked my parents into a purchasing a worthless policy.
Save your money and go with a well known company if you must have insurance for your white goods.

Happy Days
Swiftly dealt with my claim on a fridge freezer policy I had with the company. They sent an engineer within 24 hours out as promised and eventually replaced my appliance as it was beyond possible repair. Was previously covered elsewhere for multiple appliances but so glad i switched over to these guys!
