Scammers! They have now changed their name to UK Service Plan and are requesting upfront payment for a new 3-year appliance-insurance policy when the old one was supposed to be valid until 2023.

Avoid this company all costs
I took out a contract with this company, but cancelled, by letter and by phone, after a couple of days. The repayment has never been paid back, dispite me phoning them on several occasions. They always have a glib answer as to why it has not been paid.
In the end I contacted the Fraud department of my credit card company and they have paid me back. This may not be a traditional scam but some would say it is fraud.
I have similar experience to other…
I have similar experience to other reviewers. They claimed to be my current sky service supplier in November and took £89 from my account. I cancelled the next day but have received no refund after numerous phone calls. Each time they have assured me that it was either sent to my account or coming in the next week That is until today and I can't even get through on the phone.
BEWARE this company Premier protect365…
BEWARE this company Premier protect365 has taken several £100s from my 94-year-old uncle over the phone using his bank card. Action is been taken.
Appalling unethical tactics
Appalling unethical tactics, cold called and conned my elderly mother into giving her card details and despite her asking them on their second call not to take money, they took £89 for Sky Tv cover which she did not want. She is hard of hearing and clearly unable to understand - easy game for these people. No response to calls, or emails as yet..,I'm still trying to get policy cancelled and refund. Warn all your elderly/vulnerable relatives about this company - how is this allowed to happen repeatedly?
Do not use
Do not use. This company is disgraceful! They clearly target elderly vulnerable people- where do they get their information from?? My elderly aunt had the same experience as the other reviews - she gave her bank details over the phone for a washing machine breakdown policy that she did not need having previously given the same details to another company selling the same thing which again she did not need. So far emails and phone calls have not resulted in a refund. This company needs to be investigated by trading standards.
Scam!!!
Scam!!!! Scammed my 82yr old mom into handing over her card details. She couldn't read the small numbers so they told her to go and get her glasses. Told her they were from Curry's and she needed to renew her washing machine protection plan which she didn't have in the first place. No response in regards to a refund. A company that should not be allowed to exist. Preying on the elderly and vulnerable. Remind loved ones to never give personal details over the phone! I will be taking this further as this was blatent robbery.
Get tough with this unethical company
Company cold called my mum saying that she needed to renew her washing m/c policy. There was no existing policy. Mum is 90 and has alzheimers. They took £199 from her account. They never respond to letters or phone calls. I reported them to Trading Standards and threatened them with the Small Claims Court. After 2 months we finally got a refund. You need to get legal with these people to get anywhere. I now plan to complain to the Information Commissioner about cold calling vulnerable people and telling lies pretending that their targets are clients when they are not.
This company somehow got hold of bank details and set up a plan without authority
This company somehow got hold of my mother in laws details, even though she is partially deaf, blind and never answers her phone. They setup a service plan for machines she no longer has, I cannot think how they managed to get her bank details, spell her name wrong and then write to thank her for taking this out. let's see if they acknowledge my request to cancel and refund monies take.
Took £500 from my mum within 2 months…
Took £500 from my mum within 2 months for white goods cover - she's 86 and has Alzheimer's and was extremely upset when she realised that money was going out of her account. This company should be avoided at all costs.
This company targets vulnerable people over the phone for profit.
This company keeps targeting our elderly parent for white goods insurance they do not need. They keep getting her to give her details over the phone time after time. As siblings we have POA over our Parents account and spend out time trying to cancel these costly subscriptions. This company deliberately targets vulnerable people to get their money and should be made illegal.
Their service not bad at all
Their service not bad at all. I have had signed a premium warranty for multi appliances a quite while ago on my washing machine and my fridge.
For some I don't know what, all my electrical goods got damaged. I have maid a claim on that. Their engineers were at my doorstep the next morning, just what I was promised, they fixed the issue within about 4 hours. Now the units are marvelous. I can recommend them.
Scam merchants
Scam merchants. Avoid. In a similar way as other commenters describe, phoned my mother who's in her 90s wanting to renew washing machine insurance that she doesn't have.

I rang within the 14 day cancellation period in November and as yet we are still awaiting for the refund!! i have called many times and they say its been sent from their account so there must be a problem and will look int it. We will be going to the small claims court.

Lovely people fleeced my 82 year old mother out of £190. Exactly the same as other cases listed below. This has happened to her previously. Obviously the same people trading under a different name. The website was identical but for the masthead.

Beware this company has also scammed my 91 year old mother taking £195 from her for fridge/freezer cover which she does not need.
Just disgusting to prey on the elderly and vulnerable....do not use this company.
Very much the same as the last couple…
Very much the same as the last couple of reviews that people have left, just visiting my mum and she has been conned into taking out insurance for her washing machine and fridge that she already has cover for by another policy (also a scam)
It was a cold call, my mum is on her own and has dementia, I wish I could cognfront these shameless robbers, there should be a law to stop this happening and to enable refunds easily, I will be calling them Monday but I’m not holding my breath.
Scam company preying on the vulnerable…
