Ordered 2 items at the end of April for delivery within 2-3 working days.
Contacted company to check order status and when I’ll receive the order was advised it’s running afew days late. Waited another week no email update, no delivery.
Contacted Preppers shop UK to enquire if order is shipped, if NOT then cancel the order and refund my money. It’s been over a week no response to my email or refund. Will be contacting my card company to resolve this.
Keep away from this scam store. They take your money and deliver you pain. I ordered from here because it was cheaper than others, it was too good to be true I rather pay extra and receive my item when the company states it will arrive.
Stay away from this scam store and save yourself a headache.

So the "preppers" have now stated that I asked for a free upgrade!!! Utter lies (kept full thread just incase this sort of bs rises up!) these "So called business folk" firstly stated, that I "had to upgrade 'at my cost! Or downgrade and I would receive a refund for the difference", under sale of goods act, it is not my fault and they accepted my money in a contractual basis..... They also state, 10-14days delivery but "may" be a little longer!!! I was more than understanding (again I KEPT full thread incase they lie AGAIN, WHICH THEY HAVE!!!). Over 2 months later I ask for money back since they will not offer upgrade as "it's not their fault".
Didn't even keep me up to date!!!!
Tell you what avoid avoid avoid, they will blame YOU and accuse YOU of being mad etc.......
Shambles of a company who doesn't know how to do business!!!!

Without seeing your order I can correct you on several inaccuracies already. Your confusion on this may be the cause of the problem.
At no point has our website ever offered next day delivery of 3-5 day delivery. This is true for at least the past 4 years.
Depending on the item, majority will show 5-7 working days, some specialist products will show 10-14 working days.
Never would you ever have been told 7-10 working days.

With the lack of order number, name and quoting several incidence's of completely inaccurate information I would perhaps suggest that you ordered from a different company and not us?"

.... You have had over two months to properly review and resolve my order, yet the experience has largely been met with delays, deflection, and passing responsibility elsewhere.

Mistakes and problems can happen in any business. What matters is how a company responds to them.

Unfortunately, this seems to reflect a wider pattern of avoiding accountability rather than taking ownership and resolving issues directly.

Good customer service is built on honesty, responsibility, and action — especially when things go wrong.

If I could give 0 I would. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Requested refund told I would receive it in 7 days. That was 6 April still nothing May 16. Numerous emails just ignored opened dispute with bank. Do not shop here.

False advertising. Don’t buy because of what you see in the pictures!
You won’t always receive what is listed.
Very poor after sales.
I must add that I’ve only bought survival rations.
And as you can see by the reply, no customer support.

Complete scam with awful customer service and your reply below only highlights your inability to deal with customers in a professional manner. You are getting the same bad customer feedback again and again but instead of fixing the problem you ignore the issue and imply the review isnt real. the review is real, you dont ship good purchasd, you ignore client emails and you don't take any action until a case is taken with Shopify. Perhaps read all the reviews before this one and fix your business.

Iv had great service from these guys over the years. I would recomend them to anyone.

Says delivery in 5 working days.
6 weeks later still no item or even a update.

I have contact my bank for a charge back.
Scam website order at your own risk.

Do not trust this company!! Placed an order for a £200+ item at the end of march which had a 5-7 day dispatch time. 5 weeks later still no item and numerous emails with excuses about European warehouses and stock issues. Why take people’s money if you don’t have stock?! Absolute cowboys. Last email telling me I had to upgrade and send more cash to get a quicker delivery. Now may 13th and I’ve raised a scam dispute with my bank to claim cash back and I’ve contacted trading standards regarding preppers shop.

In response to your reply. You have messed us around for almost 7 weeks. Again I’ll state you are taking peoples money with items not in stock. And no, I’ve never once said to you thanks for my refund as no refund has ever landed in my bank yet. So that’s a lie from you guys, not me. My bank is aware of the situation and will be in touch regarding a charge back. Your reviews speak for themselves. Mabey update your website to truthful stock levels and delivery times.

i love preppers , quick on orders , commnication , and packeing, all i can say really,

Purchased an item from them on mail order had to cancel order and request a refund . As soon as I did this they ceased all contact via email ( they have no available telephone number) I attempted contact with them a number of times over a 5 week period , they would not respond to my emails . In the end I had to contact my credit card company and have them make a sect 75 claim against prepper shop to get my money back ……… absolutely terrible company to do business with , once they have your money they drop you like a hot rock !!! If you do buy from them then you do so at your own peril !!

Utter lies !!! After you sent me a reply saying I would be refunded within 7days from the 22march I then emailed you 4 further times up till the 9th of April !!! The only thing I got from you were automated email reply’s saying you had recieved my messages ……. Which you didn’t reply to !! ……. Not one of them and no refund recieved with in 7 days , in fact there was still no refund recieved on the 9th of April !! At this point I handed the whole thing over to my credit company to recover my my money ( nearly £400 ) how dare you leave a reply on here which is evidentially untrue …… I’d have had more respect for you if you had actually just owned up to how tragic your customer service and comunications are . I will never do business with you again and I will urge everyone else that I know not to either .

Everything I've bought has been of good quality and does exactly what it says on the tin. This is my go-to seller for prepping. I highly recommend.

Awful experience. Zero communication when orders are late or aren't dispatched - auto replies when you follow up. My item was apparently in stock with 3-5 day delivery. It was dispatched over a month after ordering and only after I started the chargeback process with my credit card company. A truly dreadful experience.

No communication from order on 14th April still not received order now may 8th - nearly a month!!!

I ordered Leatherman sharpener wait 2 months for refund

After ordering an Optimal knife I read a couple of negative reviews but have to say I had no problems with my order. I had tracking email sent and received goods in just under two weeks.
