They are excellent. Very informative in whatsapp, transparent with everything and answered all questions I had. The camera arrived ahead of the scheduled date but I got a text confirming it. I would recommend this store to anyone!

Best service by a country mile!!
Best service by a country mile!!! Was a bit worried about the legitimacy as the prices are so low, but was reassured by a co photographer that its a great company to deal with as customer service and communication was outstanding, My new favourite online shop now.

Unbeatable Prices!
I was a little bit sceptical at first, because the prices seemed too good to be true - far better prices than anywhere else. However after having a quick chat on Instagram - where they responded almost immediately and were incredibly friendly - I decided to take the plunge and order a camera.
It arrived as expected 7 days after placing my order. While other companies may have quicker shipping times (although 7 days isn't bad considering it included a long weekend), they certainly wont have cheaper prices. A few extra days waiting is definitely worth the savings you'll make compared to buying elsewhere.
I'll definitely be considering Prima Photo & Video for all my future purchases.

The Best Camera Guys
Excellent Service. Best price a avaiable online. First I thought it was a bit too good to be true.So a bit sceptical I was. Ordered camera and lens after talking to Mr.Tyron who was very helpful. Both Camera and Lens arrived on 10th day after payment. Extremely happy with the service and customer care.
Always prompt in communicating back. Highly recommended. Would be back for more gear later.
