Good advice from sales staff, enjoyed the fact that I could buy by the square meter to suit my needs, sandstone looks to be good quality

Product was good, but delivery expensive and upon opening one item was damaged. Unfortunately the builder wishing to get on, put the damaged stone to one side until I arrived home.
Sadly as we had not taken a photo when opening the pallet, no replace, no refund.

Had the pallet been unloaded at the time of delivery we would have seen the damage, had there been a notice to say unload and check, we would have known to check, even though we took a photo of the damaged it, its down to me...
Not a good experience.

Very prompt service placed an order and within 3 days the hearth was delivered. well packaged on a pallet no risk of the slate getting damaged.

The ordering process was straightforward. The sandstone I ordered matched well with a previously ordered batch (not always easy given natural variations). I opted for expedited delivery which arrived within 48 hours. The courier was excellent and I am a very happy customer.

Ordered Grey slate fire hearth, the whole experience was easy to order with fantastic communication, via email.
A good quality product that’s a good price. The thing that really sets this company above others was I scratched the slab whilst unpacking with a Stanley knife & they couldn’t have been more helpful on how I could rectify this, even sending me stuff to correct on them!!

Setts arrived safely in wooden crate with no damages. Palletways unloaded exactly where asked to .
Setts varied in width and thickness but that is to be expected with a natural product.
Overall I'm happy with the quality and service provided .

Good price for the paving slabs and website easy to navigate. Didn’t get notified about a delivery date until I got a text saying it was out for delivery! Pallet was also confusing and had wrong info on it.
