I have been sent the wrong item…
I have been sent the wrong item although all the papers in the box say the correct item and now will have to pay to send the item back. And wait for the correct item to be sent back, which hopefully won’t take as long as it took for the in correct item to be delivered.

Good customer service
Bought a shirt in the sale and there was a delay in delivery. Not sure if this was caused by Royal Mail.
Reported to Pritchards who ensured the shirt arrived the next day. As a gesture of good will they also refunded my postage.
Good to deal with a responsive company.

Fred perry polo shirt
Nice clobber and speedy delivery. Unfortunately the polo shirt order was to big so I sent it back. Really quick refund process so thank you. Will definitely keep a eye out for this retailer in future.
