We are saddened that you believe we have given you a 1 star service. All orders are gift wrapped and you received free next working day delivery
As much as it is not an excuse, we have recently received a lot of orders during our sale period and with only 2 members of staff operating everything to do with the website, we were unable to reply to your email in a reasonable time with it being the bank holiday.
We offer numerous ways to contact us and we promote customers to ring us direct for a more personal service.
In terms of the 5% discount for the basket abandonment, the promotional code is for none sale items. this is quoted on the email you received saying "Use code ******** for 5% off any full priced items in your basket."
However we are willing to offer you the 5% discount on your order as a good will gesture. I have processed this for you now.

This is my first time doing business…
This is my first time doing business with Pritchards. Unfortunately, the wrong style of sandals has been sent to me, so now I have to go through the inconvenient process of returning the items and sort out a replacement. I needed these sandals for my upcoming holiday on 27 August 2021. Looks like I won’t have the replacements in time for my trip, which, for me, is very disappointing!
