Easy to use and so secure for ordering. The price is very cost efficient. Please improve the doctor screening calls. Every time I schedule a time slot the physician does not call during that time and we play "phone tag" for a week.

Excellent customer service, I was scheduled and completed my virtual appointment very quick and easily. They have such a wide variety of birth control options to choose from although I already knew I wanted the pills that I had a prior prescription for, but I feel that even if I didn’t know which to choose I would feel safe trusting the doctor’s/nurse’s judgement. This service is so convenient especially during the pandemic, even after this is all over I plan to continue receiving my birth control through PRJKT RUBY.

You have so many options to choose from an they let you know what they are compared to an if your not sure they have doctors that will help you find the right one.
On top of it i don't have to leave the house to get my birth control comes right in the mail love it!

I love this service! Visiting the Ob-gyn in person just to refresh a prescription on birth control has always felt needlessly invasive and inconvenient. Even before the pandemic, PRJKT RUBY has allowed me to stay safe, reliably sending me the medication I need on time and providing virtual doctor's visits when necessary.

They send the birth control pills but if you don’t auto refill you may get the pills later than expected because expedited shipping may not be available. They also send coupon codes that are only valid for a week after I’ve already made my 3 month purchase. They never send a code when it’s time to refill. The code is also only to save $5 but they should send it more often & when it can be used & not expire on a week if it’s not time for a refill for 3 more months. Send coupon codes that don’t expire.

I have been utilizing Project Ruby for almost 6 years now. They have amazing customer service and always made the process of getting birth control easy. And who doesn’t like that they have a cause behind them too. Recently, I decided to switch to a non-hormonal IUD and no longer needed the products that they offer but I will still tell anyone who will listen how amazing they are :)

I can’t get in touch with them to cancel my order. I have emailed and no response. I put my Information in for my account and it says my email is invalid and blocks me.
