I think PRJKT RUBY is an amazing service and has always been responsive to my questions and needs!

As part of the ordering process I had to meet with a Provider before they would finalize my order. I understand the need for counseling, but this Provider was dismissive, belittling, and refused to fill my request for no valid medical reason. I then sought out a different company, had a very pleasant conversation with their Provider, who (after receiving the same health information as the PRJKT Ruby provider) promptly filled my request and my medication is on the way. PRJKT Ruby needs to ensure their Providers are providing unbiased and proper care, especially with the current state of reproductive healthcare in this country.

I've been using Prjkt Ruby to order my birth control pills for a little over a year now. It's been incredibly simple and convenient. I also found that they offer the best price on medication compared to other similar companies. I've only needed to speak to a doctor or nurse practitioner twice now but they've been polite, prompt, and helpful each time. Customer service was quick to respond when I needed help changing some account info and fixed my issue within a day. Their "auto-refill" option hasn't let me down either, it's been consistently delivered on time. I would definitely recommend Prjkt Ruby and will continue to order from them for the foreseeable future!

Approves fast. Refills fast. Ships fast. Never had any problems. If there's ever been a issue I've contacted them and they have even rushed shipped my order so it would be to me in time for free when there has been a delay. Great service.

i’ve been using prjkt ruby for over a year now. i’m difficult to contact but the co. has done a great job reaching out to me and keeping my account active. The bc my dr. put me on has worked out well and has not lapsed. The process is easy. everything about this has been made easy.

I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped me - but there was an error in the system on scheduling my Dr. meeting. He worked overtime to fix it and was so kind and just had an awesome spirit. He honestly made a stressful situation much more palatable and for that I am so very grateful. Thank you all so much. 🧡

I appreciate the new system of scheduled virtual doctor visits. No more sitting online waiting for an opening. This year's refill was quick, easy, doctor was friendly/efficient. As always shipping is prompt, price is affordable.
