Great birth control service!

I have been using PRJKT RUBY now for 3 years and have found it to be super reliable and easy to use! Also more cost effective than birth control through my doctor even with insurance.

Website kinda janky

Only knocking a star off because the calendar function to book the soonest available doctor was just broken. Then the session itself could not be used on my phone so I had to be on my computer to do the call to renew my prescription.
It’s also impossible to update your payment or address info without calling which is silly.

Otherwise everyone who works for this site is always super awesome, kind, and understanding. i just wish the website itself was improved.

Aggressively disappointing customer service

I have reached out several times with no resolution. I have been a client of the service for years. I had a problem with my last renewal. After a elongated time to get my annual prescription renewed, my customer service agent offered to ship my package FedEx priority shipping for free.
After that time every other quarterly shipment was flagged with a priority shipping. I was usually able to catch it and contact the service and get the priority shipping for an additional $30.00 removed. Each time I called the service and asked them to update and remove the expedited shipping, since I never requested it, and have it set to normal $00.00 shipping. Each time the customer service agent stated that the shipping had been updated. Each time the renewal order is flagged with priority shipping and charged additionally. On my last order the email ended up in my junk folder and I did not find it until just prior to shipment. I emailed immediately, and received a conformation email the shipping had been corrected. I received the package with the $30.00 priority shipment charge in place. I again contacted the service and included the email confirmation that the charge had been removed. I received a call from a nice but unhelpful agent spouting that since I had already received the shipment with the priority shipping included they would not correct the priority shipping charge, but had corrected the shipping directive going forward. This being an ineffective, and unacceptable resolution I asked for the supervisor who reviewed the situation to contact me. I instead received an email address to contact her. I again recounted the entire issue with never requesting priority shipping, repeatedly requesting the correction, and each time having to over manage the issue to not be charged additionally.
The end result is I have not been contacted by anyone in customer service, or problem resolution to clear up a matter I never personally created or asked for. What started out as a nice gesture to provide great customer service due to my wait time has turned into a "I do care but we shipped it priority, Its not our problem, pay for it". Bottom line, bad customer service, poor follow-though when requested to update client preferences, and total lack of client resolution. I will not use this service again, and my only recommend is that you not have a glitch in your shipping system, created by this company or you will consistently chase them to do what should be automatically resolved, on top of don't hope to receive a contact back from anyone in corporate customer relations to resolve your issue.

Wonderful program

Wonderful program! Allows me to affordably have a birth control program that is effective. I also love how they keep track of my orders so I never run out! Friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors!
