Been looking for a blender and happened by chance on one in pro Cook. Both staff in the shop were really helpful with advice and product knowledge.
I have now used the blender on several occasions and it has completely lived up to expectations.

We wanted knives. But couldn’t decide which. When we finally decided, the one’s we chose didn’t match the offer. But, the girl was super helpful and worked out a deal for us, which wasn’t easy for her to work on the till. Really appreciated the effort she made as we would have likely gone elsewhere if she didn’t.

I was looking for a set of knives for a house warming gift. I found a cheap set that fitted the bill. When helping to buy them. The advisor took the time to talk me through the warranty and asked about my day. She even mentioned that really I should get a knife board too. We quicky picked out the right one together.

Even though the purchase wasn't alot. It was amazing service. I felt valued and present, like customer service of old.

Super helpful guy in store. I was unsure what saucepans to buy and he guided me. Not pushy at all. It was great to go into a store and walk out with what I needed. Good to try them out as well for quality weight etc. I am so used to ordering on line and waiting. I will definitely go there again.

The shop was warm, friendly and quiet and great value for money

We wanted to purchase some new kitchen knives, been putting it off for too long, so as spur of moment popped to ProCook. Sales assistant was really knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted and directed us to the best quality/value. Did not try and up sell something that was clearly over and above what we actually wanted.

There was an offer on and he made sure we got best value, in this case buying a smaller knife set and separate knives separately.

Very happy with our purchase and felt we had great service.

I bought 2 Rechargeable Salt/Pepper mills and so far are very happy with them. They look very nice and work well. The only thing I would change would be to put the buttons a little further down as I tend to press accidentally them when picking up the mills. I would have given 5 stars but the shop assistant said there was only Black or Silver. But..when i saw the green colour she said she did not recommend those because they were an awful colour.... but... i love the green colour and bought those. I felt I should have been told about all options regardless of assistants personal view. But product is good.

Good quality of stainless steel appliances for affordable prices.

Service was good and bedside manner as well. Purchase (kitchen knife) was brilliant too.

There was a lovely you assistance who, spent a lot of time with me choosing the correct item that I needed.
I finally got what I wanted and it was at a reasonable price. So very pleased.

5 star, due to good products and the friendly and helpful staff at the Basingstoke store.
