We had a pleasant shopping experience at your Basingstoke store and found the staff very helpful. Sadly one of the two own brand electric pepper mills appeared broken with the inside mechanism loose. This wouldn’t be apparent until you install batteries once home. I’d suggest anyone buying to open the mill up before leaving the store. We now have a 20 mile trip to return

Since I left this review, ProCook have contacted me & kindly sent out a replacement free of charge next day with no fuss . I wish this the norm with other high street stores. 10/10

The assistant asked if she could help when we first entered the shop, she directed us straight to what we were looking for, it was cheaper than we were expecting, so we bought two sets.

I bought a frying pan.
The quality is superb - nice and sturdy and heavy.
The handle is metal, but doesn't get too hot when cooking. The height of the rim is nice and high to prevent spillages.
It's pricey, but quality is worth it. Well worth the extra pounds.
