I know knives are difficult to display but when I wanted to see a particular knife to see if it was the right fit for my hand, the shop didn’t have a demonstration model. I had to buy unseen

The lady came and ask if we needed help I said no as we are just having a look when I had a look I ask the lady if she could help me we had been looking for new knifes and where not wanting wooden handles the lady was really good and we got the knifes and a block for putting them in we have use them and are very good thanks it was my niece that recommended the shop as she is going to be a chef and that’s where she got her knives thank you again
