Friendly helpful staff
Store team are really friendly and helpful, without being in your face. Service was prompt and friendly. I love the products, so shop in pro cook regularly. I have never had a bad experience in the Bracknell store

Please don’t listen to the person in Trafford that it is good on induction hobs . It is not unless you like it to look burnt for about 2 inches from the bottom .
Fortunately my local Procook after much discussion changed my one for me . This one will not go on the hob!
